I reached out to a few vendors regarding new tires and installation and Javier impressed me right…read moreaway because he had ITEMIZED PROPOSALS drafted and sent to me for the two brands of tires I requested. After sending him a deposit, he sent me an updated invoice of the amount due after service is completed. Javier was very communicative and made sure to tell us the tires were going to be delayed (shipping courier's fault). We ended up leaving our bike at his shop for the weekend for the work to be completed on a Monday. Due to my work schedule, I wasn't going to be back in the area until after his shop is closed and he graciously waited for us.

Went with the Shinko 777, Motul 7100, & K&N oil filter. So far, his prices were the lowest. He also helped me adjust my rear shock. I thought I needed to replace it. But Javier was honest enough to adjust it and made some minor mods to my rear fender to help my fat 240 tire get more clearance. He took the time to explain everything to me and was very knowledgeable. Great pricess, service, and honest advice.

Glad I went with Martin, he went above and beyond in going over everything with a fine toothed comb. Fixed many more problems than I thought I had, and as I was prepping for an upcoming trip, they ran into a snag with my front rim being bent. MARTIN ACTUALLY LET ME BORROW HIS SHOPS RIMS AS A LOANER FOR MY TRIP as to not set me back looking for a replacement in a rush. Without a doubt, I feel like they would not allow my bike to return to the road without it being safe in their eyes and satisfying the customer. As someone who normally does 99% of the repairs and services myself, as their business name states, I have found 'My Mechanic'. Many thanks to Martin, Laura and Ricardo for the great customer service, and treating me and my family as a part of theirs.
