Second time with a new vehicle at Dark & Loud. Compact SUV with 15% ceramic tint came out beautifully. Customer service is great and prices are fair. Keep your physical receipt for a lifetime warranty in the case of bubbling or peeling. (Didn't happen to me with my previous vehicle). I recommend this West Kendall shop to everyone in the area. read more

Dark & Loud - Car Stereo Installation Near Me - Miami, Florida

I've come here for 2 of my cars now and never had one complaint about either. My first one was done so perfectly that if it weren't for the darker tint it would look like I was looking out the actual window. No bubble, very clean nothing sticking in between, and very clean cuts; you can tell it's quality work and quality material. I was very happy with how it came out. The second car I went darker and even put tint on the front windshield and once again everything exactly how they said it would be. No complaints for Dark and Loud, and the customer service is top tier all very friendly and understanding. They also guarantee you lifetime warranty so if there ever was a problem they'll be happy to help with any issue you may have. I feel for window tinting the prices are valued reasonably for the quality and care but into the service. I will continue recommending to my friends and family. read more

This is my third car that they've done tents on, i rolled up in here on a sunday morning.First thing, just to get a quote, found out that they had the type of tents that I needed the ceramic carbon full thermals, asked if they had availability, and I got lucky. They didn't, they did my tents right there, i took a uber over to costco, and they called me thirty five minutes later, they were fully done, five windows in a s u v, they said, don't roll the windows down 4 tree days, i left him up 45, just in case, needless to say when my tents cured, holy smokes the frickin' awesome, i highly recommend this shop to anybody who needs tents, they do retent as well if you're old tens,or got ugly. I've been a customer to this family business for over six years, him and his brother do all my audio. Any exterior lighting? My headlights, my headlight's on my Toyota and my Honda are outstanding. German high performance projector led's, if they don't have the materials in shop, they can get anything for you for any project. Whatsoever call him for a quote, i guarantee you.You will not be disappointed, they stand behind all their work, and their installers are top notch. These brothers have been in business for over twenty years, they stand by the customers, And the customers stand by them. Good luck. Aj scout. Local resident 62years. read more

I had been wanting to get my windows tinted for my car since I got it ! Besides wanting that look, it's hot out here & I needed some shade I was literally cooking in my fish bowl. I had been searching & searching cause I wanted quality work for a decent price. My brother in law was the one that told me to check out Dark & Loud. I read their reviews & they were excellent plus they have been in business for years. I called & made my appointment. The only thing was I called once & they told me $280. Called again just to be sure of pricing ( other places are crazy expensive) & someone else told me $260. Then when I went in it was the $280. I didn't argue it because it's not like I told the guy quoting me the $260 write it down or anything like that I was kinda already going with the $280 mindset for my appointment. It was $280 for the 5 back sundowns & $160 for my front, plus labor. I got 15 all around & 30 in the front. They worked quickly. I did them exactly a week ago, but didn't review then because I did want to see how it set. Leaving the shop there were some bubbles but I went in & spoke to the manager he said give it a week & they'll be gone if not come back. He told me the instructions to not put down my windows for 3 days ( I didn't for a week ). & now I can happily leave my review my windows looks amazing ! All the bubbles are gone they disappeared after 3 days. HIGHLY recommend ! I absolutely love how my car came out. read more

Spoke to a representative in the morning. Told him what the car needed done. When I got to the place, he said he didn't have time to do it. This review is based on transparency, costumer service and having someone else waste time/money that doesn't cost them. I drove 40 mins because he asked me to come over if I came early in the day. Unfortunately, it was a waste of time for me. Didn't even look at the car. I would have re-scheduled or scheduled something over the phone. But not being respectful of other people's time and money, is not good for business. read more

This place was great from beginning to end. I had to have the tints on my vehicle removed and they quickly accommodated me, gave me a fair estimate, took my vehicle in and began working on the windows. I'm very pleased with the job (you can't even tell I had tints and they left the windows cleaner than I had them.) 5+ stars!!!! Sorry for those below that didn't have a positive experience. I'm sure if you would have returned, they would have helped you out. Thanks again Dark & Loud!!! read more

Not the best.. got my tail lights tinted but they weren't put on right. The corners and ends looks like they're about to peel off. I came back and asked them to re-do it and I don't mind paying them extra. They told me that one of their people will call me to set up a date when the guy who does the tail lights comes back since he was in vacation or so. I NEVER GOT A CALL FROM THEM. I recently went back to get another mod in my car done, and the turned off my car while it's on [D] drive and they put up the hand break.. YIKES... they know cars... read more

If your looking for a quick job and don't care about quality or warranty this is your place. Took our new Tacoma to tint the front 2 windows. After a week passenger door bubbled up and my sons took it back. They took a heat gun to it and said that they wouldn't replace. 3 weeks into the tints, both doors still had bubbles. I took the truck back, the owner was there. He started to get ready to work on the car. Then he found out that the tints had been installed on a Sunday. He refused to fix them on a Saturday because it was a different installer. I guess the installer gives the warranty and not the owner and his business. Would NEVER recommend them. Ended taking my car to Solar Tint in S. Miami. Always have taken my cars there and there is a reason for that. My mistake trying a new location. read more

Was quoted a ball park figure, agreed and sent car for install. When I left I realized I was charged much more that what I was quoted. When I checked online 1/2 of the equipment they installed were discontinued. Never again Great answer. You quoted me verbally since I still dont have a quote on paper. 2000.00 plus the 200.00 deposit to order some parts. You also told me about the price for the tint. Later that day you called to offer a better radio. I said no. When we were done you charged my card for 3188.00 plus the 200 deposit. Only realized it when I got home. Called and asked for the invoice. Took you 3 days to send me the invoice. Then you said you forgot to charge me for the tint (that you didn't apply!!!). When I checked online ( Amazon, Crutchfield, Kenwood and Sony) the amp and the head unit are discontinued and the most expensive the combination of what you installed came out to 1500.00. Never Again. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!!!! I used to get all my cars tinted here and bought the lifetime warranty ($120). I went back to get my rear window redone because there were a lot of bubbles in the tint and when I showed the owner my receipt he said I never did my tinting there. They used a general receipt for my lifetime warranty proof that did not include their company's name. Bottom line, they ripped me off. I suggest not getting any work done from this place, extremely unprofessional. Here's my update: yup STILL rude and unprofessional. My friend went there to get her tints redone this past weekend and had the same thing happen to her- they refused even with proof of purchasing a lifetime warranty. read more

Place is a piece of trash. Don't ever email them to ask for a quote. They will refuse to give it to you. Got a rude email from the owner stating. We are not in business to kill the market, if you want an estimate from me to go to next guy and get a better price, this not the way I do business. I hope these people close quick. Look somewhere else. Everyone from Dark & Loud are clowns read more

Took my car here for tints, they did an excellent job, so I decided to bring it back for headlight/taillight tints. They quoted me higher than anyone else in the area, but quality speaks to me, not cost. I made an appointment a week in advance. I called them to let them know I was running about 10 minutes behind, they told me no problem. I live about 45 minutes away from this shop. When I arrived, they told me they were too busy and had too many cars, that the woman never booked my appointment, and that was it, asked if I could come back on Monday... I had been looking forward to having this done all week and was let down at the very last minute. Unprofessional read more

They rushed my tints in order to get other cars inside the garage faster, They left it full of bubbles which did not go away and they also left the liquid they used for the tints all over the car and did not even bother to clean it up. My tints look great! Price is a bit steep but I feel like it was worth it. Thanks guys

My boyfriend and I found this place online and decided to get our car tinted there based on the price. We dropped the car off in the morning and by the late afternoon our car was ready. The tints came out fine. We were satisfied. However, their customer service could use some work, they do not have a website nor answer phone calls. They get positive points for the price, the quality of the work, and their promptness but obviously that is not the case with every customer (below). read more

I have came to this location many times now and they always give me great service. The pricing here is also great, in other places where they would charge almost $200 for a job , they'd do it here for almost more than half that. Found this place by driving. Easy to find, and very fast, and great customer service. Cool area to sit in while they tint your car.

This place had really bad customer service! I went to check if they can help me with some led lights I installed and the guy who does the electrical work was extremely rude! I was literally talking to the guy and he just walked away and had really bad attitude. Super bad service. That's not how you treat customers who are willing to pay and give you business. I can see why the have only 3 star rating. I don't recommend this place to anyone. read more

It's strange to see so many bad reviews. They are a bit older so the shop sounds like they've turned things around over the last year or two My experience was great. I was in and out in less than 2 hours for a full window tint on my 4 door car. Price was more than reasonable and the guy working was really nice. Tint came out very nice, computer cut so great fitment, no bubbles yet, no dust behind the film, overall great. Based on my experience I will go back and I will recommend this to others in the area read more
