Of course I found this business on YELP where else would I look? At first I was a little skeptical…read morewith only 7 other reviews, which is not much to go with. But after reading those reviews in its entirety. My husband and I decided to give them a call for an estimate. I spoke with Joe the owner of The Paint Pro's. He was able to come out and give me an estimate that same day which was awesome. He arrived at the scheduled appointment time which is always a plus. We told him what we wanted painted but we really didn't have any colors in mind we just knew we needed a paint job. Joe suggested some colors that I would have never considered and little did we know that we would go with those suggested colors and our walls would look amazing. After the estimate the next day we decided that we wanted to go with The Paint Pro's. The price was very reasonable and if Joe feels that you don't need a wall or a room painted, he won't paint it, it not about painting more rooms to get extra money with this company. Joe had such an amazing personality. He was very pleasant, had a great sense of humor and was very knowledgeable about paint. Joe came that same day we called him and spackle the walls. The next day he arrived and began. The job was suppose to take two days. However, Joe finished everything in one day. Communication was excellent and he explained everything he was going to do and everything he was doing. Joe went above and beyond and definitely exceeded our expectations. I waited to write this review on purpose because I wanted to wait and let the Paint settle and look at it in every angle and under all the possible lighting and I have absolutely no complaints. Would I hire The Paint Pro's again. Absolutely

Tommy showed up 2 hours later with his amazing, hard working crew. The broke up the sidewalk put all the debris in a truck. They ripped out all the roots then poured the concrete then cleaned up the area. They were back next morning finishing the job and cleaned up the entire area. Thank you to Tommy and Brian. Great job and I highly recomend them. They are highly recomended and will be doing more work for me in the near future.

1 Star - Defective Work, No Contract, Avoided Responsibility…read moreI hired Long Island Mason & Concrete Corp in June 2024 to pour a concrete patio for $5,900. The experience was a nightmare from start to finish. The Problems: The contractor requested payment in cash and never provided a written contract, which is required by New York law for jobs over $500. Within one week of the pour, two slabs began flaking and scaling. I immediately contacted the contractor. The work was done on a 100-degree day. When I raised concerns about the extreme heat affecting the concrete, the contractor acknowledged "this is the result of extreme heat" but refused to take responsibility as the professional who should have managed weather conditions or rescheduled. Months of Delays: Instead of promptly addressing the defects, the contractor stalled for months. When he finally offered to replace the two damaged slabs, he demanded I sign a liability waiver and warned the new concrete wouldn't match the color of the existing slabs - meaning I'd have a permanently mismatched patio due to his defective work. I offered a reasonable cash settlement to resolve the issue. He refused. I had no choice but to file a complaint with Nassau County Consumer Affairs. Official Violations: Consumer Affairs cited the contractor for multiple violations, including failure to provide a written contract (violation 202360, originally a $2,500 fine). He only agreed to a settlement after facing thousands in fines and potential license suspension. Ongoing Defects: After settling, two additional slabs developed structural cracks running completely across the slabs from joint to joint. All four slabs now show defects, confirming my original concern that the entire pour was compromised. Bottom Line: For a $5,900 job, I received a defective patio that required a 7-month battle through Consumer Affairs to get partial compensation. The contractor operates without proper contracts, pours in extreme conditions without adequate precautions, and avoids responsibility when problems arise. I strongly recommend hiring a licensed contractor who provides written contracts, follows proper procedures, and stands behind their work. This is not that contractor.

RESPONSE TO OWNER This from a guy who not only has enlisted…read morefriends, coworkers / business associates, family members and even himself to write five star reviews for his companies, but who also has 4 Google review pages, with Different company names that offer the same services. -MLM Construction Roofing -MLM Construction Group -MLM CONSTRUCTION1 GROUP -MNM Construction Stucco My review is honest, and you have done everything in your power to make sure my review(s) were buried and out of public view by continuously flagging th'em... And why? Just because my reviews were gaining traction and accumulating a large number of views. If you want, I. would be more then happy to take a screenshot of my Google maps back end page and upload it here to prove what I am saying. What you are doing, sir, is trying to control the narrative in order to manipulate public perception. Bottomline, are you trying to claim that what I wrote in my review is false? You had every opportunity to do the right thing and remedy your mistakes, but instead you chose to try to attack my credibility in order to make me look like the dishonest one... Definitely not a good business practice. I would never recommend you / your companies to anyone, and not because of your mistake and / or oversights, but rather because of your arrogant attitude and utter lack of accountability. REVIEW I hired MLM Construction Roofing approx . 3 1/2 years ago for several jobs in my building , and ended up discovering some mistakes in each one, some minor and others not so much. I know oversights and mistakes are part of construction, but what differentiates a good contractor from a not so great one, is their ability to accept accountability and their willingness to remedy any and all issues with their work,...and preferably with a smile. That definitely was not my experience with Mr.Levy, the owner of MLM Construction Roofing, who seemed to be annoyed and insulted every-time I discovered and pointed out issues. The fixes that he did finally agree to were only done after exhausting long debates , while the rest of fixes needed became my financial burden. these are issues I had stucco - vents were initially not sealed. properly, allowing a white powder to infiltrate my tenants kitchen - stucco was applied ontop of the base of one of my outside fixtures - stucco was applied to close to split units electrical panel door, impeding door from being opened - silicone was not applied around base of a light fixture, in order to weather proof area where stucco meets base - in one corner, there is a gap btw stucco and building wall, where the mesh they applied is protruding and visible, and the gap left allows possibility of water infiltration re pitching of concrete landing in backyard in order to resolve ponding, - after two attempts, not only was I left wit an unsightly dark spot that looks like a stain in the middle of the landing, but there are areas completely leveled which allows ponding and in another area the pitch is set slightly in the wrong direction, guiding water towards the corner of my building, rather then away from my building finding and resolving leak coming from roof- after two attempts leaks still persisted, in the meantime causing further damage to indoor sheetrock, while completely destroying a light sensor in the public corridor and a smoke detector in the top floor apartment due to water infiltration And now, just a couple of weeks ago , a segment of my gutter downspouts , that MlM construction Roofing installed 3 1/2 years ago detached... upon closer inspection, I realized that no screws or wall fastener had ever been installed/ applied to hold the segment in place Bottom line, Mlm Construction Roofing's enticing fair pricing is not worth the extra cost of covering damages and having to hire a third party to fix their sub par work.
