Some of it I honestly suspect really was just from a grocery store. Maybe they woke up early and cooked all their meats before lunchtime, but there was no smoke or smell or any sign that anything had been cooked recently. And the ribs were pretty tough which would mean they either weren't slow cooked/smoked or weren't cooked for nearly long enough. I don't often leave negative reviews, but the price really put me over the edge on this place. $20 or more for a platter. When you get a ribs platter you assume it's a half rack of ribs, but it was only three ribs. Some of the best and most generous homemade food I've ever had is $15 or less in and around Philly. I just can't imagine the justification for their prices when their portions feel more like a sample platter. The baked beans came in a little ramekin the size of a dixie cup. It feels like they have a captive audience because they're inside of an apartment complex. The convenience for the residence probably get's them a lot of business so they can get away with up charging. I really hope they're smoking and slow cooking their food, but I don't know nothing about my experience made it seem that way.

Nothing comes sauced, which I like. They have 5-6 homemade sauces to choose from, the BBQ Peach was good. I've been back 4 times since I first found them a few months back.
