Workers etiquette was not appropriate, rubber slippers, no safety equipment like safety glasses when busting old driveway. Messing up front curb and asphalt road with equipment. Needed to explain work procedures, like the footing for the carport columns, and installing rebar reinforcements, other stuff that they should already know. Good thing I was at home to watch over them. Had to point out that carport columns were not vertical. Had to tell them that they needed to install hurricane clips to the carport columns and carport roof, and they wanted to charge extra. I told them that is included in cost, being that they removed the existing for replacement. The driveway had shoe prints. thought it was just dirt, but when went to was down driveway found out it was shoe prints left there after the finishing. Left a mess which I needed to clean up and dump into the trash.After going through all that, don't want them to do any more work on my property.

On the day of the pour, the crew poured the slab and finished it before lunch! A good group of guys and very professional. They cleaned up after themselves when they were done and didn't leave a mess. They finished the concrete with a hand finished, swirl pattern that looks great! It rains pretty hard where I live and they were able to slope the slave so that the rain runoff is directed to drainage grates. I would definitely use these guys again and would highly recommend!

We cannot list all of the mistakes made during the start of our home renovation with Pacific…read morePrecision Builders. They started the job with our guest bathroom. The multitude of errors started on day one. The bathtub which was to be refinished and not replaced was removed in error. The tub refinishing resulted in a sandy, rough finish which had to be corrected by a professional tub refinisher. Two water leaks, one from the new tub drain and second from the improperly installed shower piping, caused water damage in our downstairs unit. The month long repair included shower piping fixes by a licensed plumber, water mitigation, mold tests and drywall repair. Besides faulty workmanship, we also experienced a lack of communication between the project manager, workers and homeowner. We decided to cancel our contract with Pacific Precision Builders. Needless to say, we did not receive the service and workmanship we expected.
