Did you ever been invited to leave the premises being scorted by a security? That is what happened to me. I have been a client of Dapper for many years, using a lot of money ( almost every single day ) to enjoy my coffee. As per now they changed some of the baristas there, I was think about to change to a new coffee shop place. As a former barista, the temperature of the milk, how it's pouring etc, make a lot different in how tastes the final product, means all must to be done in the wright way, professionally. Last week there was a new barista ( they have already 3 different ones ) and he made me a cafe late ; I couldn't drink because the milk was over cooked ( too hot) . I then asked the other new barista who's been working there for a bit longer, to make me a new cafe late. I wasn't un polite, rude or sort of, I just told him why I want a new cafe late. Today I went to have a coffee and the manager told me it have being complaints about my behave towards staffs and after a breath conversation he told me even costumer did complained about my behave! How so?! He didn't gave me specifics. I refused to accept and got the owner's phone number as he gave me to call his boss. I called the owner and explained the situation ; he listened to me and just told me to send a complain via text message. That is how they treat a regular customer. If refused to accept the situation and got at last my cafe late, went up upstairs to sit and was enjoying it....until a security guard came to me to ask me to leave the premises ( the manager called them). I told the security guard to let me finish my coffee and to don't follow me out because would be very shameful been scorted out. He was nice and polite and I left without causing any scene. If I didn't leave they would call the police!? That is how they treat a regular customer! Never ever had this kind of problem anywhere in 20 plus years I live in Norway! read more
