I was really nervous about adding some color to my hair while maintaining the integrity of my hair. She made sure I left her chair with my hair feeling even more silky then when I initially walked in. I love that she agreed with me about having a "low maintenance" hair style because not everyone has a luxury to go into the salon every 3 months. I got my hair done a few months ago and it still looks fresh!!! She's really awesome in taking a look at my Inspo pictures and making it a reality! Would recommend her for anyone who's looking to get their hair done by a rad chick!

Absolutely beautiful salon and the most perfect location in downtown Franklin!…read more It was my first visit and I was seeing Brooklyn. I'll note I was looking for a haircut, grey coverage on roots and a partial highlight on ends. She could not be more sweet and kind! Did a wonderful job on haircut itself! That said, color was not good. Roots were light, warm, brassy.... Everything I did not want. That said, she owned it and apologized knowing she messed up. I was going to come back as she offered to fix. But when I did my hair for the first time since my appointment, I noticed she didn't cover my grays properly, lots still showing on the sides. Between those two mistakes I just didn't trust to come back again. I know she will be amazing the more experience she gets under her belt, but I just can't have my head be the guinea pig after a few mistakes already. I do recommend her for cuts and blowouts as nearly perfect, but if speaking for my experience only... more practice needed on color before I would recommend that. Salon overall is great! 3 stars and not less as she did own the mistakes and offered to try and fix.

When I got there, everyone was so welcoming and kind, and I really felt respected for what I was saying and what I was asking for unlike other salons that treat me different or worse because I'm a teen. This salon has given me what i asked for every time I've gone and is always open to feedback and changing things for what you want. It's a very good environment here. My stylist is Abbie Lynn Chandler, I love her and recommend her for anyone in a similar situation as I was in or even if you just want to try it out. She's very talkative and asks you if what she is doing looks okay often so if you don't like something you get the chance to say.
