The lead technician on the installation was great at communication. The installation of this unit was much better than when we had the old unit installed ten years ago. With that, I will say OIG HVAC is the best in their industry. Absolutely top of the top notch! I had to replace the antiquated HVAC system in our home and I canvased many other HVAC companies. I had several look over the situation, provide their advisement and quotes. It wasn't until I had contacted Oleg of OIG HVAC did I finally decide to move forward with my HVAC system replacement. I had previously done my homework and Oleg was the only one who answered all of my questions and went over and above to provide details and additional information which helped us to make the best choice for the needs of our home. Oleg did some testing on the furnace and got it running for the time being, but confirmed it was on the way out and the A/C had a leak. The system was 30 years old original to the house, so time to replace. Got another appointment a few days later for a full replacement of our entire downstairs HVAC setup. He and his team arrived on time and six hours later we had both hot and cold blowing air available again. They laid down drop clothes throughout the home and covered the clothes in the closet with plastic where the attic access is. Can't recommend enough!

Absolute game changers! We've been having issues with our AC for 2 years and Rays actually fixed…read morethe problem. We had issues over the last 2 years of the AC keeping our home cool and maintaining the temp. During summer our nest would be set to 76 but read anywhere from 83-86 inside. We previously had another AC team come out, who said the issue was our ducts needing to be cleaned and for $5K they could clean them, which we passed on. After that experience, a friend had recommended we call Rays and I couldn't be more grateful! Daryl came out about 2 weeks ago and fixed our issue. He reviewed the history of our nest and how long we'd been running the AC (nearly 24 hours each day so our electric bill had been super fun), he checked the actual airflow of the vents. He reviewed what was happening and explained what the numbers meant and what they should be. He went to the roof and diagnosed the issue being caused by low refrigerant. He quoted the cost and then fixed it. He also reviewed to see if we had any leaks (which we didn't) but explained what next steps would look like if that was the cause. My husband and I were cautiously optimistic that night as we watched our nest temperature go down over several hours. Now, we no longer have issues and our home is comfortable!
