They told me that management had been changed and so had most of the cooks and offered me a free meal to come back and try it again. He gave us a whole $5 off our $28 meal and told us they were slow because someone broke glass on one of their pancake griddles. How that makes an omelet take over an hour to cook I don't have a clue. It wasn't just our table. Our whole section was having the same problem. The manager should've instructed the servers to tell customers about the problem BEFORE they ordered or at least walked around to check on tables without having to be chased down but he obviously isn't fit to run a lemonade stand.
