I came in herecl to use the ATM. it's fee-free, which is pretty rare. And inside a gas station? Fantastic! The store was very clean and not very busy. This is my first time here since it was renovated about a year or two ago. What was really surprising was the huge number of refreshments vending machines of all types. Ok, so driving back home after a funeral and you need something to keep you awake for another 3 hours and everything on a Sunday night has closed. I'm eternally grateful this Sheetz is open 24 hours plus takes food orders and KNOWS HOW TO MAKE COFFEE AT 8PM! My coffee was the exact temperature to allow quick sipping but then, it tastes so good, I relished in sipping it slowly :) honestly will bypass Buck$ to grab some Sheetz coffee. Typical Sheetz experience, not bad, not great, but the price of gas was really good. When you use your reward card, which is free to get, they take three cents off a gallon so the price is even better. Too many people weren't wearing masks in the midst of this pandemic, which is disturbing. read more

I've went here for food twice . The first time was 2 hot dogs, an Italian hoagie, and fries. I waited 20 minutes and the food wasn't even correct . They were a little busy so I shrugged it off . My wife wanted hot dogs again so I tried again. 23 minutes for 2 hot dogs . The employees seemed to be joking around with each other , and taking their good ole time without even a second thought or the sense or urgency. There were two people ahead of me . A milkshake and a order of food . 23 minute wait for that ? Pathetic . Management should be taking more care in how their employees act. Especially when there is three employees back there . I am usually one to stay calm about any situation but after my experience with Danville sheetz, I'm not sure I'm going back to the one in Danville. Service at register is awesome and always on point. MTO has needed improvement for a while but it has still been edible and when you ordered food it looked like they cared. My friend wanted some nachos and only wanted cheese and jalapeños, I got a dab of cheese. And I went back in and asked for more cheese and was informed that's all you get unless you pay more. I get extra cheese is more but when you put nothing on it to begin with and then want me to pay some more. I don't think so. Demanded money back. Before the remodel one of the employees sold my under age 16 year old daughter cigarettes. When I informed them the pulled it up on camera verified it and said that the appropriate action would be taken if I did not call police or ATF, I did not and when they reopened the same person is still working there and nothing happened. I do not wish anyone loses their job but this is a little more serious than bad food or customer service. I am disappointed and upset that I didn't follow my gut reaction to take further action. This place is actually ridiculous. It took 12 minutes for me to get a coffee and a breakfast burrito. I was the only order on the screen and I've literally never seen two people move so slowly. I'm now late for work when they hand me my coffee. And it's ice cold. They never heated it up. I complained and they said they can put it in the microwave. I don't have time to wait for a microwaved $5 cup of coffee, I don't have time thanks to them being so slow moving to wait back in line for a refund. I take my cold coffee and go but they didn't put the lid on all the way so I walk outside and it spills all over my work shoes. I walk back inside to request at the very least some napkins following my wasted money and them being so bad at making some coffee, the two women pretend they don't hear me asking for a paper towel. I'll be calling the store later to complain about those women. It's a sheetz gas station. How do you forget to warm up the coffee? How does it take so long to make it? This sheetz is not 24 hours. The remodel is a major letdown. I love the people there and it was one of my favorite places to go but I dont like the cramped ordering area. They removed the coverings that allowed you to walk to store without getting wet during rain. They didnt add a drive thru or a car wash. I guess that just wanted a new building there. read more

Stopped on the way back from the mountains around 3-4am. Very clean and great smelling bathrooms (rare). Got the hot chocolate drink and gas. The drink was amazing for a gas station. One of the older modeled sheetz. No complaints! read more
