When we brought this to the manager's attention, he showed us a blurry photo with no timestamp and from an incorrect angle, claiming there was no damage. We've been customers since they opened, but the quality has noticeably declined. The vacuums often barely work, and customer service is clearly lacking. This experience was unacceptable, and we will be escalating the issue to corporate.
