My most recent visit was around June 20, 2026, at approximately 7:03 PM. The food was extremely greasy, tasted old, and was honestly hard to enjoy. Looking at the meal, it was clear that quality control is not a priority here. What concerned me even more was the condition of the restaurant itself. The establishment did not appear clean, and the overall environment gave the impression that basic cleaning standards are not being consistently followed. The staff was polite, but it seemed like many of the younger employees were not properly trained in food preparation, customer service, or sanitation procedures. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty told me they had to contact the general manager for approval first. I've never experienced that before over a straightforward food quality issue. At this point, this isn't a one-time complaint--it's been a repeated pattern whether I order through DoorDash or pick up food myself. I will be reaching out to corporate because customers deserve better food quality, cleaner conditions, and better-trained staff. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and makes the necessary improvements.

I usually keep in mind that most Bojangles pile their biscuits up with a lot of egg and bacon, but this biscuit wasn't as loaded. It still tasted great. The fries were on point and the sweet tea with the right amount of sugar the way southern folks make it. There were a lot employees working and working together. It was nice to see the teamwork. The man at the register had good patience as the couple in front of me seemed like they were the type to test it and he was very nice, polite and professional. This Bojangles gets lot of business as there is a truck stop nearby, and heavy traffic headed through from larger cities. Bathroom was clean and had hot water to wash up with. Definitely appreciated that.

Golden Skillet - Some of the best fried chicken I've had in years! Meal was delicious!

The atmosphere had that nostalgic charm that's hard to fake -- soft warm lighting, classic comfort-food smells drifting through the air, and the kind of relaxed, familiar vibe where you instantly feel at home. The fried chicken was phenomenal -- perfectly golden and crispy on the outside with juicy, flavorful meat underneath. That crunchy seasoned coating had the kind of homemade taste that instantly reminds you why classic Southern comfort food never goes out of style. The mashed potatoes were creamy and rich with smooth gravy poured generously over top, and the coleslaw added the perfect cool, tangy balance to the plate. Even the biscuit tasted fresh from the oven -- buttery, fluffy and impossible not to finish. This wasn't trendy food trying too hard. It was authentic, comforting, soul-satisfying cooking served in a place that feels frozen in time in all the right ways. Like an old-school Friday night dinner spot where the recipes haven't changed in decades because they never needed to.

I got the 2 piece snack, with chicken legs, potato salad, slaw, biscuit. I enjoyed my lunch. I did not go inside. I just went through drive through. The waitress was really friendly, and I liked the food better than several of the other restaurants on Piney Forest that I have visited. The slaw seemed different than any I had ever tasted. I am unsure what the difference was. It seemed to have less vinegar, and the spices seemed different. It was tasty though. The biscuit was really good, and I liked the potato salad. Chicken was tasty too, crisp, and not overly salty. I am attaching a photo..

No crunchy shells and no mexican pizza. Basically my entire order. So I told her to cancel the order obviously and she says she can't cancel it and that they can only replace the items with something else. I have to email customer service for a refund. Are you serious?? So they have my $22 still and I may have to contact my credit card company if customer service doesn't refund me. What if that was my last $20?? I would just be starving I guess. It's ridiculous that I have to email customer service and wait for a refund. It's also ridiculous that they were still open for 3 more hours and had nothing I ordered. It's even more ridiculous that they expect me to accept $22 in replacement food that I don't want because they can't cancel the order. The prices are already outrageous! Yet the first thing they say at the speaking is are you checking in with your app?? They push the app, but can't fill the orders and can't refund them either?? What kind of sense does that make??

I liked the music that they were playing, and the restaurant was overall pretty neat. However, the whole restaurant was extremely bland, and had very little color. The floors were gray, and I questioned how clean they were, since I caught my shoes sticking to the floor in a spot. The walls were gray, or white, and dated. There were no pictures, or decorations at all. There was a big room for seating, and maybe 20 small white tables that could seat 4, organized in rows. I think the chairs were red. They were metal, or plastic. I decided to go outside to eat. The clerk was really nice, but nobody working looked like they were in any rush to get the orders ready. I got the meat & 3 deal. I got the big roast beef for the sandwich. Usually, I Iove this sandwich at all of the other Arbys that I have tried. When I get a big roast beef, I usually get about 7 nice slices of roast beef, and they are folded on a big fresh warm bun. Then, when I add the Arbys sauce, I am in heaven!!! Not this time. What a disapointment! The roast beef looked like it had been minced, or diced. The bread was even cold, and on a small bun. In fact, everything I got was not warm. The potato wedges were overcooked. I even questioned if the food was old. I did feel queezey for hours after I ate there. This Arbys definitely needs a face-lift. Only after I ate at this Arbys, did I research Yelp. I do agree with the other reviews here. The pictures under this Arbys page on Yelp are deceptive, and do not look like the roast beef that I got at all. I have had much better experiences at the other Arbys, that I have visited.

At least 5 times that I have gone to this Arby's, they haven't had the one thing the place is famous for, roast beef. I'm sorry but running out of the main staple of the restaurant is simply unacceptable and shows bad management. I can't comment on the interior as I've only been through the drive-thru but the drive-thru has always been slow.
