I sympathize with the…read morestaff as I've worked at understaffed jobs before and know how frustrating it can be to be spread so thin, but it's the management's job to have their workplace adequately staffed. Especially at the pharmacy. I was on the phone for well over half an hour. For the first ten minutes, there were two callers ahead of me. For the next thirty minutes, there was one caller ahead of me. That was my second phone call of the day, my first one had me on hold for 6 minutes before I hung up. I can't transfer my prescription online so my choices are either go in person (I can't as I have work) or call, but shoot I can't be on a call for almost an hour. At least they had a button that let me stop the hold music (it's the * button), so that's a plus. I can't comment on the attitude of the staff since I didn't get a chance to talk to them, but I'd understand it if they were grumpy. I would be too if I was so busy that I couldn't even answer two callers.

They never let you know of stock or insurance issues and then they act like it's rocket science to transfer your meds. Last time, I asked them to send my medications to Walmart pharmacy after I find out from my app that they are out of stock of my medication that I need that day. I call Walmart to see when it will possibly be ready and they tell me they never received anything??? I am about sick of having to find a pharmacy that has my medicine in stock on my own when they need an order from the pharmacy or your doctor to fill it anyways. Looking at the meal, it was clear that quality control is not a priority here. What concerned me even more was the condition of the restaurant itself. The establishment did not appear clean, and the overall environment gave the impression that basic cleaning standards are not being consistently followed. The staff was polite, but it seemed like many of the younger employees were not properly trained in food preparation, customer service, or sanitation procedures. When I requested a refund, the manager on duty told me they had to contact the general manager for approval first. I've never experienced that before over a straightforward food quality issue. At this point, this isn't a one-time complaint--it's been a repeated pattern whether I order through DoorDash or pick up food myself. I will be reaching out to corporate because customers deserve better food quality, cleaner conditions, and better-trained staff. That being said, the biscuit was Delicious and I asked to add egg to it. Fries were good. Tea was good- not too sweet. Over all satisfied, but service is lacking a little. In their defense, there seemed busy with to go orders and a steady trickle of customers coming in. Restaurant was decently clean, with just a few tables not wiped down. Others were clean. They seem somewhat short staffed for the amount of customer traffic that they have coming through. I'll be back. Just not if I'm in a hurry. It is not incredibly "fast food" if you're in that kind of hurry. Luckily I had the time to kill so it was fine for this visit.
