The store is large, well laid out and full of everything you could ever need. But the best thing about our visit, was the staff. They take customer service seriously. We were asked a few times while perusing by different associates if we needed help finding anything. They didn't give off the pushy "car salesman " vibe either. They genuinely wanted to help. When you go to check out, they will walk to you and take you to a register to get you checked out. But then... are you sitting down?... that same associate walks you out to your vehicle and loads everything in. I know, right!! Where else can you go and get service like that? Everyone was so friendly and smiling. We will definitely be back and will actually be looking forward to it.

Service - excellent Location- excellent…read moreInventory - excellent Membership - terrible I work in foodservice as a cook. The places I work at buy from the restaurant store and are members. When you go there you can't put it on an account you have to pay. Now, you need to have a yearly membership card Instead of telling them where you work to receive the discount. The more that is bought the better the reward program, so most companies want you spending money because it helps them, the employee gets a perk, doesn't harm anyone ( you're paying). Today bill was $75. If I was a member it would have been $50. That's a big difference. When you go there the pricing advertised in 150 font is the member price and the 16 font price is nonmember. I looked over what I was purchasing and put back a majority of it because I know that Amazon has it. This is a losing situation for the company I work for, and for themselves. I want to support local business, please don't have policy that prevent that. I always loved coming there, but can't afford nonmember pricing or yearly member dues, when I can get from Amazon.

I was very disappointed with the customer service I received during my recent visit…read more I stopped by to purchase six 20-pound bags of ice. Due to a spinal fusion and permanent lifting restrictions, I am unable to lift more than five pounds. I politely asked a lady (short, petite with dark hair who identified herself as the manager if someone could help me load the ice. Instead of showing empathy or trying to find a solution, I was told that she could tell me where the ice was but couldn't lift it for me. I explained again that I physically could not lift the bags at all. Rather than attempting to locate another employee, I was left waiting for approximately 45 minutes. What made the experience especially upsetting was the attitude. I felt dismissed and judged based solely on how I looked. Because when I asked, she actually looked me up and down. Her eyes scanned me as if to judge my ability to get my own ice. Just because someone appears healthy doesn't mean they don't have a disability or medical restriction. Disabilities are not always visible, and customer service should reflect that understanding. Ironically, an employee from the register--the same person who was there all along--eventually came over and loaded all six bags into my car without issue. Had that happened from the beginning, this entire experience could have been avoided. I shop at this location because it's convenient and carries products I need, so I'll likely continue to visit. However, I sincerely hope management takes this as an opportunity to improve customer service and provide better training on assisting customers with disabilities or medical limitations. A little kindness, empathy, and willingness to help can make all the difference.
