Stopped by after a frustrating experience with a nearby propane retailer and was impressed by the…read moreservice here. Had a couple tanks that needed to get filled and was in and out in 10 minutes. The gentleman that filled my propane was friendly as we're the ladies behind the counter. To make it even more convenient, they radio the whole process to each other so by the time I was at the counter to pay, she already had my sale rung up. A well oiled machine. Price was standard for the area, but the service well exceeded my expectations. I have found my new propane refill establishment! Thanks Ace!

We love Crowder Bros Hardware. Having a house close to the beach there are not any large chain…read morehardware stores close by. This can be a blessing and a curse. With that being said Crowder Bros offers more than most. We have been able to purchase specialty plumbing supplies there as well as fishing gear and even Benjamin Moore Paint. Although I would be really specific over at the paint department because no matter which paint I ask for I always end up with a much more expensive version of what I asked for. The staff is very helpful and there is great variety, from tools to fishing gear it's all here! So happy to have this hardware store close by. It seems we always are in needs of something from here!

My husband has been waiting for over six months for this company to correct the unacceptable work…read morethey performed in my home. They installed extremely expensive blinds, the service has been profoundly disappointing. Since the installation, they have repeatedly scheduled appointments so they could come and address the numerous issues. Each time, my husband rearrange his work commitments and personal responsibilities to accommodate them, only for them to show up, look at the problems, and leave without making a single repair. At this point, it feels as though they are simply wasting his time and showing complete disregard for their customers. My husband had spoken directly with the owner (or the person in charge) as well as her son, and despite countless conversations and promises, nothing has been resolved. The lack of accountability, professionalism, and respect is astonishing. When customers invest this kind of money, they expect quality workmanship and reliable customer service. Instead, he has been left with endless excuses, and six months of frustration. I am formally requesting that this company either: Properly repair and complete the work to the standard that was promised, or Remove all of the blinds and issue a full refund. No customer should have to endure this level of incompetence and neglect after making such a significant investment. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think carefully before doing business with them. My experience has been extraordinarily disappointing, stressful, and entirely unacceptable.

She ordered the wrong item and then it sat on her desk for weeks after we gave her the address multiple times on her voicemail in person, etc., etc. So when I finally had enough and called the manager. The manager, CHristine was very helpful and went out of her way, but I had already moved on to another part of the project and I've been so overwhelmed with construction that I have not had a chance to get back there. I will say, I thought CHristine the manager was great. I would not go back if I had to deal with Heather again. Her listening skills are poor, she doesn't follow through, she doesn't take responsibility. We were very clear about what we wanted. I am a very clear communicator and we didn't get anything close..
