We want a 50 inch Insignia, and when we looked online, it said it was on display. We look at the televisions, but can't find the 50 inch we want on display and working. We ask one of the guys back there and he shows us where it is and turns it on for us. We tell him we'll buy it. But he doesn't help us. Michael gets a cart, and as we are going to the front, Tony tells us to make sure we stand it upright when we transport it. He also adjusts it on the cart so that it's level and even. We tell him we appreciate his help, and we mean it. The price is reasonable, and we earn points by buying it here at Best Buy. Customer service is lacking in some areas, but Tony proves that it is alive and well in other areas. He's a five. Other guy is a 3.

Very impressive with the amount and variation of items they carry. I knew they carried a lot of computer items, televisions, cameras, games and appliances. I did not realize they carry exercise, health items, online home items and home security items. I was really shocked at the variety of items. Of course I miss the sales racks of DVD movies since I have a very large collection. Unfortunately one thing hasn't changed is long waits for customer service. My wife did make an appointment with the Geek Squad and brought the paperwork for the service warranty. However the phone was busted and couldn't be booted. After about two hours with the Tech, she was told she needed to provide our granddaughter's email and iPhone password, which we didn't have. Why it would take 2 hours to figure that out?? Now we have to go back again and hopefully get it replaced. Sad. Selection is enormous. Prices are great. Customer support not so much.

I came out of the hospital and I needed a recliner to elevate my legs and I was unable to walk. I called them up. I told them my situation -Nick was the person who answered the phone. He asked me what features I was looking for and told me he would send me four pictures of different recliners for me to look at and if I needed more just to let home know. From those four I picked one and ended up getting it delivered to me in the process. It was Nick, Rob and Bill who all helped me and they all carried on from where the other one left off with no issues. I didn't have to wait for anyone to call me back. I got my answers anytime I called. When my chair came the two delivery men, Sam and Rodney were super polite and awful nice and made sure it was all set up and ready to got before they left.
