The son of the (Owner) was extremely knowledgeable and it was a very small fix and with him running all kinds of tests to see if it was just the needle. He determined it was just that part that I needed and advised I could get it online for much cheaper than it would cost to have a repair shop fix it and even went so far as to provide me with the part number and told me how to do it once I received the part. He was also in the process of closing but helped me anyway. He went over and above what anyone would do in this scenario. It's a little late posting this because I forgot to do it when I left the store, but I hope he sees this and remembers who I am. If I ever have any electronics that I need repaired, I am definitely going to bring them to this place. They are unbelievable!

This is the second time I have had to get my screen replaced on my phone this year (yeah, I finally…read moregot an otterbox case). I don't think I believe they can really completely replace the screen and bring it back to normal. Both times I have had this done there just seems to be a weird lag with the new screen. And areas are less sensitive while other spots are overly sensitive. All in all it's amazing that they can make a destroyed phone useful again for just $100 so I am not complaining. I just think it's important to note that screen replacements are not ~perfect~ That being said I am so impressed with CPR Cell Phone Repair. They are soooo fast. My screen was replaced within half an hour. The service is very kind and professional. It's such a relief that this process even exists.

Unfortunately I have a new update on my experience with CPR. My screen went haywire a few weeks…read morelater with rainbow colors flashing on the screen. Because it was such a short time frame, I called in to CPR to ask if they could fix it because it's so soon and nothing happened on my end to cause this issue, and they said I would need to submit another repair ticket. I called my insurance and they said there's a warranty that requires them to fix it if something goes wrong in that short of time. When I arrived and the girl looked at my phone, she called her boss and he asked if there was any damage, she told him that there was a "deep scratch" on my screen. What??? I was so confused, there was a tiny scratch from my keys hitting the screen. I didn't drop or damage my screen in any way. Anyway, she implied they wouldn't be able to fix it because of the scratch and claimed there was water damage to my phone. I asked if there was water damage to my phone hardware and she said no, just the screen .... Huh? She implied I should call my insurance back and tell them the screen is damaged so I can put it back through as another insurance claim. Something I have to pay a deductible for. I did it because my phone was completely unusable and they had it hostage at the store waiting for me to put through the insurance request so they could start to work on it. It felt like a money grab so they didn't have to eat the cost of the additional screen. Then when I returned to pick up my phone, she had a screen protector half way pulled off of my screen.... And pulled it off to hand it to me... something I thought was a little strange. When I looked at my phone more closely when I got home, I noticed a tiny scratch in the exact same place. I had only had my phone about 10 minutes! I think she applied the same screen!?? I'm not entirely sure but I got untrustworthy vibes from the entire situation and I will not be returning to this store. I'm still fuming from this and wanted to retract my prior statements about them. The guy who applied my screen was super friendly and quick, but this entire situation was so weird.
