It's a fun, modern take on a restaurant environment, but I still found it just okay. The beers on tap weren't the most interesting; good representation of different styles but not a lot of diversity in breweries. The layout also feels a bit weird, with tables and group activities (ping pong, etc) making for awkward paths and not a lot of intermingling. Finally, I didn't try any food on my visit, but it was funny to see the interior get pretty smoky at times; maybe a new ventilation system is overdue.

The chips and salsa is super fresh and spicy to make the best hot sauce there I had the steak, pork and shrimp that comes with rice, refried beans, salad for tortillas guacamole everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly. My girlfriend had a tostada. We also got the churros that were phenomenal. Just a great place and everything was under $50 total so cheap such a great value. They also do Grubhub, but they do so many ways that you can just get the food there they have outside seating when the weather is nice I would recommend it to anyone.

Cousins Maine Lobster is a chain of food trucks with multiple sit down restaurants across the US,…read moreand this particular truck travels around East and Central Massachusetts. We spotted it at a local stop and decided to grab a quick seafood meal without committing to a full sit down restaurant. The menu is centered around lobster in just about every form imaginable, from rolls and bisque to tacos and grilled cheese, making it a convenient option when the truck happens to be nearby. We ordered the lobster roll and clam chowder. The lobster roll was good overall, though it came out a little smaller than expected given the price. The lobster itself leaned more toward claw meat rather than the larger tail pieces some people associate with a traditional New England lobster roll. The flavor was still solid, with fresh tasting lobster throughout, but the roll came with less butter than we anticipated, resulting in a lighter and less rich presentation than we were hoping for. The clam chowder ended up being the stronger of the two items. It was creamy without being overly heavy, with a good balance of clams and potatoes, and worked especially well alongside the lobster roll. Together they made for a satisfying meal that delivered the classic seafood combination most people are looking for from a lobster focused stop. The experience here is ultimately about convenience and consistency. When the truck is nearby, it offers an easy way to grab a lobster roll and chowder without making a trip to the coast. The prices reflect the reality of lobster, but for a quick seafood fix on the go, it gets the job done.

Properly selected cheese complimented the flavor of the lobster. 2/10 Shrimp tacos were a joke, the shrimp was minuscule and tasted like they had been fried then sitting for days. I thought I was being pranked. I couldn't believe it. I wanted my money back for them. But didn't even bother. If they fix the shrimp the potential is there, not sure it's shrimp? Never seen or had shrimp like this before.

Everyone was blown away by the variety and quality. Not only did the food not disappoint, but Dan, Silvia and the waitstaff were incredible to work with. One waiter in particular kept my husband organized and helped us keep on track with the schedules for food, dessert, etc. and that was truly needed. Don't even question it, go out and find their food truck to sample from, then just let them know what you are looking for. You will be so glad you did. Thanks Dan and Silvia, you helped us complete our vision of what was a truly amazing day!

I had the loaded tots with crawfish and siracha remoulade, and my partner had a bowl with quinoa, avocado, squash, cranberries, and chicken. I've never seen him eat so many vegetables--but he finished that bowl because it was delicious! The tots were crispy and perfect, even with the sauce. Quite an accomplishment with a high degree of difficulty! And there were big chunks of crawfish, which was delicious and just the right texture, a little chewy which really added to the dish. No need to add pictures because they are exactly as pictured on the website. I visited the truck when they were parked at Dirigible brewery. I placed the order online, and was notified when it was ready. Perfect! I look forward to patronizing this truck again!
