Our roadside insurance called a place in Gaylord and said it could be over and hour and no guarantee. Rude and short. We called the insurance company back and they sent us Ty. He was 10 minutes away he said when he called me right away. He took the keys and when he tried to start it he knew immediately what was wrong! Apparently he wrenches on his time off. He tightened the connections to the battery and started right up! As a person who suffers from high anxiety he will never know how much I appreciated him this afternoon. First, I should have written this review earlier, as my experience with this company - and Andrew,…read morethe owner - was a week ago last Saturday. I had my front brakes replaced and my tires rotated at a local company. Then, while driving just a few miles from that facility, my car started making a horrendous grinding noise. I immediately stopped and called a towing company. They said they would call back in a few minutes to let me know when they would get my car and me to take back to the place that had worked on it. After a half hour with no return call, I called Statewide Towing. Andrew, the owner, was there within 15 minutes. In addition to loading my car on his flatbed, he pointed out what my problem was with the front right tire. And, when we got back to the repair facility, he pointed out the problem to the staff. Based on his information, the repair facility paid for the tow, and immediately fixed the problem at no charge. In short, Statewide Towing is a great company, and Andrew is fantastic. They are now my go-to whenever I need road service. You can depend on them!
