Ivan was so helpful and said they certainly could put in a new hard drive and the top line OS for the vintage of this iMac. The person who helped me recover the data on my hard drive told me it was going to be a one day job and would have it back by the end of the week, at the latest. Three weeks water and I'm still being told it will take more time. He's had to reschedule with me on a daily basis and his communication is beyond horrible. They claim to be "all about customer service" and yet they've kept me in the dark about the progress of my computer, continually promised false deadlines and expect you to be at home for hours on end for them to show up at their convenience, not yours. This has been an incredibly aggravating experience and I will never use their service again. No one should. The only reason I even gave them one star is because I have to select something. They deserve a negative rating.

While visiting Google Help, I took their advice and downloaded an extension for Chrome (only Chrome) called Password Alert, that lets you know whenever you visit a page that's pretending to be Google. She was efficient, friendly and gave me lots of good suggestions for improving my PC safety and speed.
