Ivan was so helpful and said they certainly could put in a new hard drive and the top line OS for the vintage of this iMac. I dropped it off at 3 pm and by 4:30, they called that it was ready to pick up. Just $150! We brought it home and set it up and it runs as good as new. We are long time Mac owners and have never had a problem like this that we couldn't solve on our own. and we knew a replacement of any type would be costly. The person who helped me recover the data on my hard drive told me it was going to be a one day job and would have it back by the end of the week, at the latest. Three weeks water and I'm still being told it will take more time. He's had to reschedule with me on a daily basis and his communication is beyond horrible. They claim to be "all about customer service" and yet they've kept me in the dark about the progress of my computer, continually promised false deadlines and expect you to be at home for hours on end for them to show up at their convenience, not yours. This has been an incredibly aggravating experience and I will never use their service again. No one should. The only reason I even gave them one star is because I have to select something. They deserve a negative rating.

She was efficient, friendly and gave me lots of good suggestions for improving my PC safety and speed. The service isn't cheap - $99 for the first hour and $25 per quarter hour thereafter, but if you have a quick problem, this is a good way to go.
