Sure enough, the next day I was back and had the ridiculously delicious smoked Gouda shrimp mac, maple bacon Brussels sprouts, fire-roasted tomato soup with grilled cheese, and the chimmied fries. Absolutely phenomenal. The fried green tomatoes have officially become my standard nobody else compares now. The Samurai Jack salad so fresh, flavorful, and unforgettable. The drinks deserve their own spotlight. The Breakfast Club with a Sidecar is a must try, and the Basilto All Flavors series (strawberry, blackberry, blueberry) is out of this world, blueberry was my personal favorite. Creative, refreshing, and perfectly crafted. The RailYard is the kind of place that makes you excited to come back again and again. The vibe is cool, the staff/manager Brad is friendly and attentive, and the food is truly next level. The staff always seems nice, and I've only had to wait once out of all of the times that I've been. Sometimes it is really loud, sometimes it is not, so if you have kids or something like that, I suggest you pay attention to what games are on and things like that. My kids are grown, so I don't worry about that, but I do have misophonia so sometimes it's a little too much to go during like a WVU game or UFC fight. If you aren't going at those times, it's actually a really cool place to hang out.
