To start my review, I had been craving a steak for some time. When New Years Eve hit, my wife and I were able to get a sitter for our kids and were planning to go to some friends house later in the evening but needed to get dinner. She suggested this place as we had just recently had a conversation about it. She called and they mentioned she won't need a reservation and should be good to come in. When we got there, it seemed to be a bit chaotic and only one open table. We wished we would have setup a reservation so that we could be seated in the back room which seemed a bit nicer for the type of meal we expected. We ended up sitting on the bar side and a very sweet waitress came up and began helping us and giving us suggestions which was awesome. She was very cheerful and really did an excellent job, which was refreshing. The food was incredible. I have absolutely no complaints. We shared the sirloin steak for two, which sirloin can sometimes be sketchy and cooked wrong . When they brought our steaks out they only brought one steak knife which I considered asking for another, but I ended up using my butter knife. Yes, you read that right, I cut my steak with a butter knife. This steak was so good I wanted to order another one for breakfast in the morning. My sweet potato was cooked perfectly, my wife said her red skin potato's were really well done and our appetizer of corn nuggets were addicting. When we got our bill that's where we were shocked the most. Normal steakhouses would have charged us upwards of $100 for a sub par steak. With all of our food and two beers we owed around $38. I could not be happier with this place and we plan to visit more often.
