From the time I entered the office everyone was professional, courteous and very welcoming. The front desk is very helpful, organized and friendly. The dental assistants and technicians were outstanding, as well. My name was even listed on the board of the office to welcome me to their practice. Their waiting room is clean and videos are very educational, too. Dr Reza reviewed my x-rays and suggested treatment(s). Everything was completely on board and I felt no pressure regarding his suggestions. The follow-up visit involved repairing (3) of my existing resin tooth fillings (which I already knew were an issue) which has now been completed and I can't be any happier with the outcome of my experience. The only suggestion that I have is that additional signing for the (2) entrances at the back of the building from the parking lot would be helpful. If you are looking for a dental practice in the Rancho Cucamonga area, I strongly suggest that you give Dr. Reza and his team consideration. Looking forward to my 6 month teeth cleaning visit. Dr. Reza and his team are A1.

When I asked the front desk clerk whether patients regularly consumed them in the waiting room she confirmed that, yes they do. When asked whether the waiting room was regularly cleaned to assess how much of a risk my child was in sitting in the chairs, she said they clean once daily. The staff did not seem concerned about the risk to my child. They also did not seem educated in preventing allergic reactions for future patients. The clinic was clean and the staff were polite albeit uneducated in food allergies. Those with a tree nut allergy be warned.

This office is so organized, clean and very professional.Alex working with Dentists made my daughter and myself feel so much better with all of the care he provided, has excellent skills ,did xray, is gentle & kind, supportive ,great attention to detail , giving tips on proper dental care step by step. I was looking for a second opinion for my minor daughter's work . Had 1st w Dr. Abidali on a Sat , had a great experience, kind ,caring, honest and knowledgeable, gentle, informative, overall great 1st visit. 2nd visit w Dr.Buck also had a great experience, in fact he was able to save my daughters tooth no root canal , she was so terrified. Again Dr. Buck and Alex , were very informative, gentle , caring, reinsuring, supportive, through the whole work they did on my daughters tooth. Dr. Buck is a very honest dentist and so is Dr. Abidali. My daughter was so scared and anxious about going in for this work. She felt zero pain , zero discomfort, anxiousness went completely away! They gave her shades to use , they have a big screen TV w movies for her to watch while she was there getting her work done. She has had the best experiences here.Shes ready for next fill on other side of mouth smaller cavities. So ready she wanted to do them for next week! Wow!!Thank you so so much Baseline dental for everything you do. We have found our new family dental office team. If you need an honest dentist look no further, this team will not disappoint. Previous dental office was a nightmare not organized at all and 3 hr plus wait just for a 1st visit w no work except cleaning, xray and patient mix ups .We ran and didn't look back .

From routine cleanings to more detailed procedures, he's always thorough, patient, and genuinely invested in your long term dental health. What really sets the Upland office for success is the team. I am sure the same standard carries through the entire practice locations. From the front desk always welcoming and efficient (no chaotic waiting room energy) everything runs like a well-orchestrated operation. Dr Barsoum takes the time to explain options clearly, never rushes decisions, and makes you feel comfortable, even if you're not exactly excited about being in a dental chair. The office is clean, modern, and runs on schedule (which I deeply respect). If you are looking for a dentist who combines skill, professionalism and genuinely caring team, this is the place. After years as a patient, I wouldn't trust my sole anywhere else!

I am extremely disappointed with the care I received at Barosum Dental in Upland. My experience…read moreleft me feeling unheard, misdiagnosed, and ultimately traumatized. While I was out of town on July 12, 2026, I developed severe pain on the lower right side of my mouth. As soon as I returned, I scheduled an emergency appointment for July 15. I also had a previously scheduled deep cleaning appointment for July 16. During my emergency visit, the female dentist appeared to minimize my concerns. Instead of focusing on the area where I was experiencing pain, she asked whether I had seen an endodontist for a referral from a year earlier and questioned a shadow in my gums that had existed for over 30 years on the opposite side of my mouth. I requested X-rays, and a 360-degree scan was performed. After reviewing the images, she told me everything looked fine, that I had no cavities, gave me Sensodyne toothpaste for tooth sensitivity, and said I was cleared to proceed with my deep cleaning the following day. Later that same day, the office coordinator called and told me they wanted me to see the endodontist before my cleaning. I went to the appointment, and within five minutes the endodontist identified a cavity. My primary dentist confirmed the finding and recommended that my wisdom tooth be extracted. I was extremely upset that my condition had been missed during my emergency visit. I asked to speak with the female dentist who had evaluated me, but she was unavailable. I scheduled the extraction for July 17, 2026. Because I had previously had a successful experience using nitrous oxide during another tooth extraction, I requested it again to help manage my anxiety. I was numbed for the procedure and was told I was receiving nitrous oxide, but I never felt its effects. I noticed the dental assistant was on the phone for much of the procedure, and it appeared that no one ensured the nasal cannula was properly positioned. I informed both the oral surgeon and the assistant that I did not feel like I was receiving the nitrous oxide, but my concerns were dismissed. I remained anxious throughout the procedure, and the extraction was ultimately unsuccessful. I left the office emotional, traumatized, and deeply disappointed. This was the worst dental experience I have ever had. As healthcare providers, listening to patients is essential. I repeatedly expressed my concerns and felt they were ignored every step of the way. I will not be returning to this office. I also plan to verify that my insurance was not billed for procedures that were not completed, including the deep cleaning and the unsuccessful tooth extraction. I hope this review encourages the office to improve communication, patient care, and attention to patient concerns so that others do not have a similar experience.

review okay here we go …read more.. I would strongly discourage anyone from coming to this dental office. The quality of the work has been unacceptable. They placed a temporary crown that fell out after only two weeks. I have had temporary crowns before and have never experienced anything like this. When I called for an emergency appointment to have it fixed, they told me they had no availability and suggested I go to CVS to buy temporary tooth repair putty and fix it myself until their next available appointment. That is not the level of care I expect from a dental office. The billing issues have been even worse. After spending over a month going back and forth between the office and my insurance company, I discovered they had charged me more than $1,000 out of pocket for work my insurance had already paid for. On top of that, they billed me for two premium crowns that I never approved or received. I actually received standard porcelain crowns. Their explanation was that these were all "coding mistakes." To make matters worse, they acknowledged that they owe me a refund of over $800, but I was told I have to wait seven days because the person who processes refunds, Kristie, is on vacation. Between the poor dental work, lack of emergency care, repeated billing errors, and the inconvenience of waiting for money that should never have been charged in the first place, this has been an incredibly frustrating experience. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you want quality dental care and accurate billing.

But really do we really know? Unfortunately my wife has had a ton of work done on her teeth throughout the years. We've seen dentists who recommended doing a full mouth reconstruction $60k. She's had multiple root canals and crowns. We went to our normal dentist who said she needs a new crown because a cavity is forming. But we weren't sure. We heard about Kaio Dental from another dentist friend and drove the hour drive from OC to see him. Let's just say we found our new dentist and are willing to drive that hour every 6 months. Dr. Tram is amazing. He taught at Western so he's knowledgeable and skilled. He understands its a changing field and one way is not the correct way. He also knows that explanation to the patient is key. He actually explained to use and showed us with a CT scan why she should hold off on the crown. There was a possible infection in the root so he recommended the imaging being read by an endodontist because if he replaced the crown and introduced bacteria into the area, it may cause even more pain. Something we had no idea on. He has amazing ethics. Isn't in it for the money. Just wants to be a good dentist. He doesn't do same day crowns anymore as he said it's too rushed and he wants focus on the quality since he does it himself. Great team, great office, clean, good parking.
