Plato de sopes con arroz y frijoles
Brisa B.

By far my favorite and most authentic Mexican brunch I've had! I get the chicken sopes and they're amazing. I ventured out this time and got a taco de vapor de papas. It was soft, juicy, and flavorful! It paired well with the horchata that is rich! This time I went with a larger party, which was a little bit of a longer wait. They do have limited seating for parties more than 4, but it's worth the wait! They are fast with taking your order once you are seated, and bring out the food fast!

This little shop has been on my list for quite awhile. I'm glad I checked it off my list. Danny Boy's is located in a strip mall with Manolo's, a laundry mat, karaoke bar, and Denny's. There are a few tables inside for a sit down meal, or order to go. This morning the café was filled with both types of customers. We decided to eat in. The hostess was very welcoming and offered us menus and water to drink. The vibe here is casual and warm. The regulars and newcomers were shown the same friendly hellos, thank yous, and goodbyes. Our two breakfast burritos came out piping hot, and very tasty, too! I asked for the hot sauces to try, both red and green. They were both good. Although I thought I was going to place another order to go, I was full after eating only half of my burrito. We left satisfied and plan on coming back.

Came across Danny Boy's as we were looking for a torta spot and decided to try them out. We came by Saturday around 12 pm and it wasn't too crowded. The restaurant is located in a strip mall with plenty of parking. The space itself isn't that big with 6-7 tables. We shared the special breakfast torta (asked for it to be made vegetarian) for $14.95 as well as a mini potato and egg breakfast burrito for $5.95. Both the torta and the mini burrito were good but not amazing. My main complaint is that both were on the bland side, perhaps because they usually rely on meat to provide flavor. We also didn't realize that the torta came with a side of potatoes, so between the potatoes in the torta itself, on the side, and in the breakfast burrito, it was a LOT of potatoes. Portions were big and it was enough food for both of us.

I love their chilaquiles. Lots of flavor, crispy chips even in the sauce, fresh ingredients. We always eat in, and the tables are always clean. Staff is friendly, too!

I love this place for its tacos de vapor, but I've had other dishes and they have all been delicious. Real authentic food like my grandmother made, their tacos are the reason to go there. I highly suggest going early enough before the run out, place is small so definitely not for a large party but somewhere to go when your having Mexican antojitos.

Birria Chilaquiles

Hands down the best birria chilaquiles I've ever had! The perfect balance of crispy tortilla chips soaked in rich, flavorful birria consommé, topped with tender, juicy birria, melted cheese, and just the right amount of spice. Every bite was packed with bold, savory goodness! The portion was generous, and the flavors were spot on--smoky, spicy, and deeply satisfying. The consommé on the side was an amazing touch, perfect for dipping or just sipping on its own. The service was fast and friendly, and the vibe of the place made the whole experience even better. If you're a fan of chilaquiles and birria, this is an absolute must-try. I'll definitely be coming back for more!

This place serves some of the best chilaquiles I've ever had! I also tried the torta and carne asada -- everything was absolutely perfect. The ambiance is great, and the servers are friendly and helpful, offering recommendations if you're new to the spot. The place is a bit small, but it's clean and cozy. Definitely worth a visit!

This place has been on my radar for a minute. Finally I was able to come Saturday morning. The hubby loved the chilaquiles. Nice crunchy tortilla full of flavor. There serving sizes are large enough to share. I wanted to taste a mini machaca burrito it was NOT mini. There mini is regular size. Machaca was full of flavor and lots of cheese. My tacos al vapor were just like the ones across the border. Fantasic!! I got beef and potato maybe just a lil more potato then beef, but nevertheless still good. Chorizo and bean taco was just as delicious. I enjoyed these tacos ill have to see when I can make it out again. They close early so try to make it out.

Danny Boys has become a staple for my kids and I. It is consistent in taste and service. I first reviewed this place back when it was a water store selling tacos al vapor (amazing). My kids love it and I have brought many friends and family here. Keep up the great work everyone at Danny Boys!! The cafe de olla is always on point.

They've recently added matcha and café lattes to their menu! My party thought the Mazapan Latté was…read morethe stand out, but the Horchata Latté and Caramel Latté were very disappointing. The Horchata Latté tasted like semi-sweet milk and the Caramel Latté was just okay, I would appreciate a more coffee-forward drink but I'm unsure if they use espresso in their drinks (or maybe they're single shots?). I had high hopes for these drinks since they are new additions (I thought maybe this restaurant stepped up their coffee game) but I would have preferred sticking with their Mexican Mocha, which although is still not very coffee forward is nonetheless a delicious drink. The pictures I've included show some of my favorite meals here. The Poblano Chilaquilles are a 10/10 and a staple for whenever I visit with family or friends. It's very savory and goes perfectly with over-medium eggs. If you prefer spicier Chilaquilles, this is not for you (these are savory without a hint of spice!). The Cali Omelette is all you could want from an omelette and HUGE! Unfortunately the sourdough bread was stale this visit. Potatoes are seasoned well and complements the meal. The Dulce De Leche French Toast is perfect for sharing and for those with a sweet tooth. It was the perfect finish to my party's meal. The Farmers Table gets a 10/10 for ambiance, but the service has generally been lacking for the 5-8 visits I've made. I feel as if the servers are not very attentive and I find myself waiting for the check or even to be checked on to see if my experience is going well. I actually would have loved to comment on the lattes I ordered (which again, were disappointing). The food is always great though, and despite the lacking service (which I've observed is likely due to the large amount of guests vs the couple of servers on duty attending to everyone), I always find myself coming back for more! Essentially, PLEASE order the Poblano Chilaquilles and PLEASE get your coffee elsewhere! I think a revamp on the coffee is much needed (much rather get my coffee and breakfast fix together!).

More than half of the parking structure was being hosed off during peak business hours and parking was hell. After about 20 minutes of waiting to find parking I get in there and we get seated quickly. Everything is beautiful in here, I love that it's very open and colorful and peaceful environment. Good vibes. Shortly after we are seated we are giving some water that was room temperature with no ice. That's fine no big deal I'm here to eat not drink water. I checked out there juices and decided to order a pineapple juice. I was brought out a warm pineapple juice. I've never have had a warm pineapple juice today in my life and I never do that was even a thing. And for my server to look at me like I was crazy when I asked for ice for my pineapple juice was kind of odd. Anyways I ordered chicken waffles with a medium egg. I immediately asked for extra syrup because I know myself. My friend ordered the salmon. After we ordered we were not acknowledged again. We probably received our food 15ish minutes after we ordered and I immediately took pictures. Everything looks so good. I immediately noticed that there is a medium egg on top of my chicken that's on top of my waffle. I've never had medium eggs with mixed with fried chicken before so that was a big turn off for me seeing that on top. That's okay I'm easy I just moved it to the side and ate it. My waffle was kind of warm my egg was about room temperature and the chicken was overcooked. I got less than a quarter of syrup in a little container when I specifically asked for extra. All of this has potential to be great it just needs more seasoning. There was no salt pepper or other seasonings offered at all and when I asked for more syrup I got a half a cup of syrup filled. So once I reached out to our server again and I still didn't get what I needed I just stopped asking as I felt like a burden like I wasn't important. And then we waited an extra 10-15 minutes for the check after we were clearly done with our food. I brought some my stuff and took it home and I made it amazing. With a lot more seasoning on their chicken and some 2 dashes of hot sauce, warmed up in the air fryer and man it was great. I wish my experience was better but it seems like other people have the same experiences me.

Service was perfectly fine. I had no issues at all. Staff greeted us with a smile when we walked in. They were always checking up on us when we needed things. No issues at all.
