Delta Sonic's area manager Dave was very rude accused me of lying about the damages and the brush causing the damages. He refused to look up camera footage from February, March and April to prove that yes they did use those blue round neoprene brushes on my vehicle even though that was not in my plan. He reprimanded me for having less than 7,000 miles on my vehicle and told me that is a lot of miles for a new vehicle and that is where my scratches came from. I told him I live in the country and work in Buffalo so yes I have miles from driving back and forth to work every day and that would not cause parallel buff lines with scratches that trail along both sides of my vehicle. The only thing my vehicle was squeezed through since I got it was those blue neoprene brushes that should've never been used in the first place because I wasn't supposed to be getting a basic wash. I paid for a super kiss plus plan. So therefore not only did they damage my car they were charging me for a super kiss plus plan and only giving me a basic wash all winter.

When reinstalling the filter they left pieces of the filter housing on the floor of the car . It arrived home with my wife with the pieces still on the floor of my car . In addition my wife asked to have the tires rotated they did rotate the tires however they did not check the air pressure which is part of tire rotation three of my wife's tires were low on air the warning light in the car was on when she got home. I think that is something that they should check and make sure when they are rotating the tires. ​ I had to fill them myself . The coupons are really good idea to get you in the front door . I have to believe that the workers there to get some kind of bonus for selling your stuff .

Of course they upsale, but seeing the shape of my car I agreed to it all haha. The process for pulling up to being complete was just a little bit over an hours. The associate who took my service request, was very friendly and did provide good suggestions. Not a detail pricing expert as I don't do it often, but I felt the services that were provided were worth what I paid. I will definitely try maintain and use the interior services again. Although the car did not get clean clean, but again it was in bad shape, so I couldn't complain. Few more should look like knew! My only pain point with delta sonic is the construction of ALL their shops not just this one. It's very stressfully to me trying to get to the car wash entrance. Everyone does not follow the every other car rule and it can't get ugly in that line!

That's why you're paying extra. Also, they only do a few things. An oil change, an air filter, wiper blades....They don't overhaul engines, they don't do AC repair, they don't sell tires. So when you go there to get an inspection, if something is going to fail, you know it's because it failed and not because they are trying to get more money out of you. I almost always come here for my NYS car inspection and I was surprised when my car started making a rattling sound *after* they replaced a part for me. I came back two weeks later expecting the worst- that I'd have to pay again for service to fix something that might be a result of their recent work. I am SO RELIEVED I was wrong! In an hour they stoped the rattling sound with a simple tightening of my heat shield and sent me on my way- didn't have to pay any service fees. THANK YOU for keeping my trust! Ideally the heat shield would have been tightened properly the first time, but I also recognize the convenience and luxury of having people work on a car for me.
