Dr. Sabrina Ali was absolutely lovely, and the rest of the staff were wonderful, but my experience with the sales associate was incredibly disappointing. I was helped by Sona who was extremely rude to me throughout the interaction. All I did was ask how much the lenses would cost through the office and explain that I wanted to think about the pricing before making a decision. From that point on, her attitude toward me completely changed, and she was unnecessarily rude and pushy. I felt so uncomfortable :( What makes this even more frustrating is that I had a very similar experience with the same person the year before. It's disappointing to encounter this kind of treatment, especially when everyone else at the office is so lovely. Dr. Sabrina Ali was wonderful, which makes this experience even more unfortunate. I really wish the customer service on the sales side reflected the same level of kindness and professionalism as the rest of the team.

The ladies were so nice here at Porter Ranch Optometry! A lady attempted and tried but it was a fail because i need to go back to Louis Vuitton store to get the glasses replaced. However, the service was phenomenal the lady that helped me was very sweet and personable. The store is very neat as well ! They have many brands of glasses here! I will come back here to order prescription glasses that I need!! I highly recommend here if you need glasses!! 5/5 for me!! -Marshay D.

I was seen 10-15 minutes after my appointment time. The first examination room could be cleaner. The machine was also a tad bit high so I wish they had an adjustable height chair or machine. Dr. Kh. was good, but she was very much focused on directing the conversation in a way to sell more services. She told me that everything was alright, but she would like to watch this and that and for that I needed that...in a tone that made me wonder if there is something wrong with my eyes. I also didn't know that people of my nationality have different optical nerves. I hope that is not a bad thing.

I went into Warby Parker yesterday to choose new glasses for myself, and replace lenses in a pair…read morethat I had already purchased. I was met promptly by a young woman named Lauren. She could not have been friendlier or more attentive. She was very knowledgeable and offered suggestions that I wasn't even aware I had. At the time she had no idea that my daughter was coming to purchase glasses as well. Once my sale was complete, my daughter mentioned she was also looking for glasses. Lauren could not have been more gracious, but more than that patient. At the end, my daughter chose three new pair. I hope Warby Parker recognizes Lauren's professionalism and kindness. Lauren, you are a gem! I purchased multiple pairs of Warby Parker glasses for my entire family, and have visited several locations. I mentioned to Lauren that, out of all of my visits, she was the most welcoming associate who has ever assisted me.

Having two children who wear glasses, I initially thought investing in frames from Warby Parker…read morewould be a great choice, especially with their complimentary adjustments. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. I have gone into the store multiple times to have the glasses adjusted because the frames frequently become loose. Every time, I've felt like I was inconveniencing the employees simply by asking them to provide a service that Warby Parker advertises as included. They even boasted about this when I purchase the frames! But my most recent experience was the final straw. The employee took the glasses out of my hands and slammed them down on the counter while mumbling something under her breath to the other worker. I was genuinely shocked. The other worker stood there shocked as well watching her act this way. I reminded her that complimentary adjustments are included with the glasses, and she didn't respond to me. I have never felt like I have inconvenienced someone so badly. And while the other worker stood there watching her act like this, it was mortifying. When she handed the glasses back to me, I asked for her name because she flipped her name tag. Her response was, "I apologize for my behavior. I'm just having a bad day." Having a bad day is understandable. Treating a customer disrespectfully is not. A difficult day does not excuse slamming a customer's belongings on the counter or making them feel unwelcome for simply utilizing a benefit that comes with their purchase. At that point, I decided to take my business elsewhere. Warby Parker lost a customer. And it wasn't solely based off this staff members "bad day". It was the accruement of all the other times you made customers feel bad prior. Free adjustments mean very little if customers are made to feel like a burden for asking for them.
