Once there, Jaymee immediately put me at ease by giving suggestions and asking questions about what I wanted (to chop off inches and color a balayage). The process took a few hours, so if you're going for this, be sure to block off an afternoon. I really appreciated that she scheduled enough time for me and didn't overbook. She worked on me and only me, which I loved! When she finished styling my now shorter and highlighted hair, I took one look and said, "I have Pinterest hair now!" She made me look amazing!!! I would 100% recommend her and will definitely be going back. Her price was reasonable, her attitude was amazing and I literally feel like a new person! I only wish I could have her style my hair everyday!

What upset me most is that I was never informed that the stylist working on my hair was brand new and appeared to have very minimal experience. I asked for half an inch off with long layers and a face frame, but my hair ended up cut to my shoulders, uneven in multiple areas, poorly blended, and extremely choppy. It is honestly the worst haircut I've ever received, and unfortunately it's not something that can easily be fixed. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, and I tried to be patient while the owner guided her through the haircut, which is why I didn't say much during the appointment. But clients should be informed beforehand if they are being assigned to a trainee or inexperienced stylist so they can decide whether they are comfortable with that. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied, especially because my hair was significantly altered far beyond what I requested.
