She has always had stylist that are up to date on all the vogue styles. She even asked me , jokingly , if I wanted the Mullet that has returned. I came into this salon as a walk-in and was genuinely appreciative that they were able to fit me in without an appointment. However, I left extremely disappointed with my experience and haircut. What upset me most is that I was never informed that the stylist working on my hair was brand new and appeared to have very minimal experience. I asked for half an inch off with long layers and a face frame, but my hair ended up cut to my shoulders, uneven in multiple areas, poorly blended, and extremely choppy. It is honestly the worst haircut I've ever received, and unfortunately it's not something that can easily be fixed. I understand everyone has to start somewhere, and I tried to be patient while the owner guided her through the haircut, which is why I didn't say much during the appointment. But clients should be informed beforehand if they are being assigned to a trainee or inexperienced stylist so they can decide whether they are comfortable with that. I left feeling very upset and dissatisfied, especially because my hair was significantly altered far beyond what I requested. read more

I made an appointment for just a haircut. they said I was going to be with a level 3 hairstylist so I was thinking I was going to spend $45 plus a tip. when I get there they said I was going to be with a different hairstylist (on their website it shows her as a level 1 so I was thinking ok so $30 plus a tip.) I told the girl I only use heat for special occasions. She never asked me if she can curl my hair. idk why she started to curl my hair especially when it was pouring outside. I appreciate her taking her time cutting my hair, but not them adding up all these charges/services without warning you so they can take your money. When I called back to review my bill they laughed and their excuse was that's how it is everywhere. They should be warning you before continuing services. I will not return here nor recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been coming here for at least 10 years to get my hair done by Evelyn and I am always super happy with the results every time! She was referred to me by a fellow curly girl for her skills with cutting curls and she has always done an amazing job at cutting my type 3A curls. I've had various lengths and various forms of bangs and she's done an amazing job at bringing my curls to life no matter what my requests are. In the past 2 years, I've ventured into hair color and am still super amazed at Evelyn's skills. I was afraid to jump into hair color so she started off slowly and we've gradually moved into more daring hair color choices. Choosing a hair salon is scary at best. when you find a stylist you usually stick with them. You don't want to take a chance and have a bad look. I have been using Cindy for over five years, and when I first came to her, it was because my stylist retired. I was skeptical at first and I made her do exactly what I ask her to do. She did that. Overtime I saw people walking out of there with fabulous hair cuts, styles, and colors. I finally got the guts to let Cindy have her way with my hair. Oh my God what a transformation. I went to a restaurant after and not only did my friends go crazy for the look but the waitress and the table next to us, kept touching my hair. ***BEWARE THEY HIKE UP THE PRICE THEY ADVERTISE FOR HAIRCUTS***... I randomly chose this salon off the internet, called made an appointment, asked the price for a 10 year old haircut and was quoted $20. I took my 10 year old daughter in for a haircut and was charged $30. It was a straight haircut with bangs. Her hair wasn't long, no layers, nothing complicated and the stylist even stated she "didn't have to cut too much off". The menu plainly states $20 for young adult which is what they consider a 10 yr old to be. Her haircut did come out nice but I just didn't appreciate a $10 price hike. read more
