The store is located on 3 levels with sales upstairs, as well as hand bags, stunning shoes and boots, gowns, caocktail dresses and more. The main floor has new arrivals and tonnes of designer brands from around the globel; Gucci, Chanel, Prada and on and on. Some items cost hundreds of dollars but are a fraction of the regular price and sometimes, hot off the runway. This floor also has a great collection of designer hand bags, shoes and jewellery, the most exclusive of which are always located at the front counter, where you may ask to see them! 2nd Nature really is a gem, I would give the store a perfect 5 except for the staff. They claimed that no one got my messages which I find hard to believe as I was very clear in my messages, leaving my call back number and name, and description of items. Talked with one salesperson and she told me that she would get back to me when they located the items but, they are extremely busy with consignments so it may take some time. I am still waiting. My feeling is, they cannot find my earrings or, they did not sell in due time so they sent them, who knows where? I will not recommend consigning your goods here as they appear to be evasive.

I think they're the best designed, best merchandised and most shoppable apparel store in the mall (compared to American Eagle, H&M & Old Navy). Also very clean, the salespeople are always accessible (without hovering) and are always behaving professionally. As for the corporate pricing decisions... that's another matter. $108 for a paper-thin vest with no closable pockets? I think somebody's been hitting that legal weed a little too hard! Even at 50% off during Boxing Week, that's too much. Competitors had basically same product (with an inside pocket!) in the $29-$40 range and a Joe Fresh is $24.99. This is a $30 item and no amount of "branding" will sell it to me for more. There are other examples of such pricing. The person that assisted us was just great - she knew the product lines inside out and had great suggestions for us both. So professional, easy to talk to and just awesome all the way around. I find this store much quieter and easier to navigate than the large Aritzia store 1 level below, so if you are only interested in Wilfred and want to avoid the teenie-boppers, I would recommend just coming to this store. They carry nice, well-made (albeit pricey) pieces that are great for work or going out. Think silk crepe blazers, wool coats, feminine blouses, and day-to-night dresses. They tend to stick to classic shapes and bring back similar styles season after season in updated colours or fabrics. Not terribly exciting, but if you find something that works for you, it's nice that you can find so many variations. The staff are okay -- less harried than the Aritzia staff. Changerooms have no mirrors inside (-1 star), but at least you don't have to lock up your purse like they make you do at Aritzia. I like that you get a free reusable shopping bag (a thin cotton tote) with each purchase, instead of a paper bag. Sales are not very impressive, but if you go at the right time you can find some items marked down by 25-50%. Sale items are final sales - no exchanges or refunds.
