The staff is always fairly friendly, but due to the amount of foot traffic the merchandise is always a mess and styles and sizes are all over the place. Because of the plummeting popularity of the brand itself (I'm not trying to dump on the gap, I dig this brand. They make good pants!) the prices are usually discounted by at least 40-50 %. It's a laid back atmosphere and easy navigate, plus their discount section is huge due to the small size of this location itself. If you're on Queen W and need some cheap pants and shirts, this might be your stop.

I didn't see one bra that had any padding - mostly all sheer which is unfortunate because if you aren't blessed in the chest department I don't think they would look as well as compared to someone who could fill it out. Go outside and then upstairs is where the clothing is. Located on 2 levels it of course has the feel of Anthropologie and similar pricing. This week they have 30% off their sale items. Some jewelry, shoes but mostly clothes I wasn't that impressed by the clothing. I more so loved the lingerie. HeatTech stuff is amazing during winter to layer, and their summer Airism is great with breathable, thin fabrics for the summer. Now I also love their printed T-shirts. I've always had somewhat of a hard time fitting in to brands like Levis which never really seem that flattering on me. I also don't want to spend too much on designer brands. AEO had my back on all of these issues with some 'plain' stretch jeggings that were a great fit, comfortable and still stylish. I actually picked up two pairs since it was buy one get one 50% off. I was helped by a cheerful gentleman that told me about the sale in the first place when I first walked into the store. He also helped me with a fitting room since these are locked, and finally with checking out. There were actually a lot of employees at checkout but it seemed like there were two seasoned employees training two new ones. The gentleman that helped me was really holding down the fort for everyone and was very friendly and polite to boot!

I was there shopping with my daughter two weeks ago…read more Atmosphere and ambiance. It was decent ambiance. Clothes were easy to look for in all sizes. Customer Service: Not really helpful. When we asked the desk about the buy 1 get 1 have price deals. The desk told us something different than the floor people. At times I asked if this was a promotional deal and they said only the ones with the sign. This was incorrect as we purchased singles of some items and they told us to grab another one if you want the promotional deal. So inventory on the floor was not organized properly into promotional material. The Cost: The items were fairly priced for the quality of merchandise. Refund Policy: I was concerned about the hooded zipped sweaters my daughter was getting as the zippers were very flimsy. I asked the desk what their return policy was because I was concerned with the zippers. They said full refund with original receipt within two weeks. Exchange or store credit if returned in same condition after the two weeks but the time frame was for that was wishy washy. My wife returned the zippered sweaters the next day with original tags in A+ condition and only received a store credit. So based on this it seems that the employees in the store do not know their products very well and their refund policy. Great place if you know what you are getting and are 100% sure that you are satisfied with your decision as their is no refund only only exchange if you change your mind. And the exchange policy is wishy washy so do not know if you can actually exchange the items after two weeks. I would be careful with anything with zippers - Jackets or sweaters etc.. Because if this breaks I do not believe they will take it back for an exchange based on the stores refund policy and wishy washy time-frame to exchange items. So overall the employees have little knowledge of their products or refund policies and I would only go there if you knew 100% what you are getting as their refund policies have become store credit or exchange only in the firs two weeks.

The last time I was here was yesterday for their October 2016 sale. I went on the last day of the October sale, and I found that the selection wasn't as good as from their sales about a year ago. First off, there wasn't much selection for women, and a lot of their merchandise are for guys. Last year, I was able to find a $10 warm hoodie, but now, the cheapest one I could find was $40 and I got the last piece with my right size. My fiance was able to purchase many hoodies, and there was a lot in stock - for guys. This time though, I was impressed by the abundance of Timberland shoes, I was able to purchase a couple of men's boots for my fiance with a good price. I checked my receipt and the calculated average of savings I get is 50%. I would recommend still checking this place out, as this is a big warehouse sale, and they have a lot of different types of clothing to shop for. They have hoodies, sweaters, t-shirts, work-out clothes, work pants, winter boots, safety shoes, winter jackets, golf apparels, even beauty products and jewelery! The warehouse is very organized, they have a lot of staff who can help, and the check out process was also fast and efficient. Review 100 of 100 - YAYY!
