I cannot recommend Joe and everyone at McClave Jewelers enough!…read more I recently got engaged and inherited my fiancé's late mother's engagement ring, which Joe originally handcrafted back in 1992. When I brought it in to have it cleaned, he took one look at it and immediately recognized it. It was such a special moment and made me realize just how much history this little ring carries. I originally popped in for what I thought would be a quick cleaning. I also wanted to ask about removing a sentimental ring that had been stuck on my left hand for over 10 years and get some ideas for my grandmother's engagement ring, which had been sitting in a jewelry box for decades. Joe was so incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely excited to help. He carefully cut off my stuck ring, gave me a very reasonable quote to repair it, and then spent so much time talking through ideas for my grandmother's ring. We bounced around different designs until we landed on the most beautiful custom wedding band! I never could have imagined that a ring sitting untouched for all these years could become something so gorgeous. The best part? Just 10 days later, Joe called to say everything was ready. We picked up my rings today, and I honestly don't even have the words. My sentimental ring looks absolutely brand new, and my custom wedding band completely exceeded every expectation I had. The craftsmanship is just incredible. It looks like it's always been part of my engagement ring. What meant the most to me was how personal the entire experience felt. Joe never made us feel rushed. He truly cared about the story behind these family heirlooms and helped create something that honors both my fiancé's mom and my grandmother. That means more than I can say. I can't WAIT until I officially get to wear my wedding band! It means so much to me knowing that my grandmother's engagement ring, a ring that's been in my family for so many years, gets to have a whole new life instead of sitting in a jewelry box. The fact that I get to carry a piece of my family's history with me every single day is something I'll never take for granted. Joe transformed it into something that's absolutely timeless, stunning, and so ME. I know I'll love wearing it just as much 30 years from now as I do today. Thank you, Joe, for sharing your talent, your creativity, and your kindness with us. You made this experience one we'll never forget. We'll absolutely be buying my fiancé's wedding band at McClave, and we'll be recommending Joe and the entire McClave team to everyone we know for years to come. Thank you for everything!
