The 7K diamond that I paid hard earned money for was replaced with a lab created diamond!!!! I've been wearing a FAKE diamond! I'm beyond upset. i feel violated, robbed and cheated. So we just walked in and they said they'd be ready in an hour. Score! I also had a couple repairs; a narrow omega chain I crimped, a stone remount, and some rhodium plating. They did all that very quickly and I'm happy with the workmanship. It is very nice to have a local jeweler with a highly experienced bench jeweler on site. Aside from all that, the people who work there have great attitudes and are very personable. I have a few loose stones I intend to mount and will be working with them for some custom work.
