His crew does a good…read morejob once told what to do but either Robert doesn't tell them what to do or they don't listen so it's on you to watch and make sure they do what you hired them to do. In our example they were hired to raise a brick wall, replace broken bricks, and fill in missing mortar. They did not replace mortar without me pointing out each one and they also did not replace broken bricks as was part of our quote until I told them to. I asked Robert if he was coming out as I don't feel it's my job to watch his crew but he said no I should just tell them what I want. The crew was nice but Robert commented I was difficult for requesting the work we were paying for to actually be done. Once complete the brick work was good, but now I am dealing with the two broken sprinklers and mess the crew left. Robert came out to look at the mess and broken sprinklers which he claims were not legitimate problems. Concrete waste was dumped behind my trees, he says it's not toxic, a quick google shows that's false and also that it's illegal to dump. He then proceeded to stomp on the broken sprinkler to prove it should be able to handle it. The pipe underneath snapped from downward pressure on two sprinklers including the one Robert stomped on. Robert is not a man of his word. He said we'd figure out the sprinklers but I made the mistake of paying him and expecting him to be honest. I waited to write the review to give him a shot to make things right but apparently once he is paid he disappears and does not stand by his mess or damage caused. Since being paid he has not responded to any of my messages or evidence I provided him of the issues. If done over again I'd look elsewhere.

My boyfriend is with the military. I recently PCS-ed with him after being displaced from my own…read moreapartment due to a fire. TMM, the company the military uses for moves, utilized this company for part of it. I didn't meet the individuals who came over to move our belongings, since I rented a hotel, so my reactive dog would not be there when the movers were. I didn't realize I was missing an item until about a week after the items were delivered to our destination. The items were in a clear Rubbermaid box where I kept a boxed Nintendo Switch console and some games in. At the time of the deliver when we were to confirm the boxes (not individual items), since I was overwhelmed with them coming in-and-out and trying to keep my dog occupied, I didn't realize that the entire console box with the console and several games, were missing. Now I'm not saying the packers took it. I have no proof of that. We had submitted the report to TMM, who said I had no proof I even had the item since the box was labeled "Living Room items" (they were in the living room). This company was the one who labeled the boxes. However, seeing as no one is claiming responsibility and no one has reimbursed me (it's been almost 4 months now), all parties involved are getting this review. Also, the packers dropped a weight that punched a hole in the wall of my boyfriend's apartment.

She was very fast and professional when I was scheduling, so I was excited to find a long-term crew who can visit us regularly after the initial post-move deep cleaning. All went well until the day of the appointment. No one showed up. I called her straight to voicemail. I texted her directly and via Yelp, and as of now, two days post the appointment, and still no response. We are on a tight time schedule, between painting and moving in and this no-show and no-response messed up the whole thing. Not sure what happened to her, but I'm so disappointed with this experience.
