As a current resident of Lowden Arms, I wanted to share my experience living here--especially with all the recent changes that have taken place.
This is very much a family-friendly community, and during the summer, it's common to see kids outside laughing and playing together, especially during Summer break. While I understand that noise can be a concern, especially in apartment living, the new manager has implemented "Quiet Time" policies to help ensure evenings are peaceful for everyone. Personally, I haven't experienced issues with noise continuing into the late-night hours.
Parking used to be a challenge, I won't deny that. But the first thing the new manager tackled was organizing and enforcing the parking rules, and that's already made a noticeable difference. I'd much rather have structured parking and clear rules than the free-for-all it was before.
Speaking of management, Grace is the new property manager, and although she's still new, I have to say she's made a great first impression. Every morning I see her out there cleaning up the property and the laundry room. She runs a tight ship, but in my opinion, that's exactly what we needed. As my mom always said, "If you follow the rules, you have nothing to worry about."
Maintenance has also been updated, with a new team in place, and the property has been taken over by a new management company as well. With these changes, I feel hopeful that things are finally headed in the right direction.
No place is perfect, but for me, the positive changes are already showing--and I'm optimistic about where Lowden Arms is headed read more
