It's been almost 3 weeks since we moved in and this is my honest opinion: 1. Shoutout to our leasing agent, Ivan, for giving us the complete package upon moving in and even offered a compromise for some hiccups with the keyfob. Ivan communication with us afterwards when they are able to put the access to our fobs. 2. The packages are in a secured area. So far, so good for us. I have not lost any packages yet and the app notifies me right away when I can pickup a package at the locker. I do want to note that our bigger packages are not in a locked area but I have not had any trouble finding them. 3. The amenitiessssss. We love it sm. The gym being on the rooftop and other amenities. Our personal favorite is their speakeasy. 4. In comparison to our old apartments, this is very much zen. We do not hear our left and right neighbors. Although, the upstairs neighbor can be very much heard. read more

When I first moved in, the staff that assisted, such as Csongor, made it a smooth experience. Since it was a new apartment complex, we were considerate as processes were put in place and hiccups were addressed. However, there were several things that made is decide to not renew our lease. The cost for a "luxury" apartment no longer felt justifiable with continuous issues with the trash rooms being full, theft of items from our front door, lack of guest parking, the elevators and main gates constantly being down, the noise from upstair units, and neighbors that didn't respect quiet hours. After moving out, they deducted a nice chunk of our security deposit despite the lease indicating there wouldn't be charges for normal wear and tear. Once we moved out, they have gone from barely responding to our emails to ignoring them completely. read more

I wasn't going to write a review, but since I saw this sign from another resident and the AMOUNT of trash being accumulated, I just have to do it!! *need management to see this and improve* Imagine paying almost $3k to live in this "luxury" apartment just to be disappointed. It started going downhill since the old staffs left. Let me list out all the problems for you: -The elevator constantly breaks down, so I have to walk up and down the stairs. -Hallway smells like trash (obviously since the trash room is stacked up like in the pictures) -Request for appliance repairs not being answered or met (mind you, I requested maintenance to look into our microwave because it's not heating up and it smells burned) and it been 1.5 weeks and still nothing -Pool always crowded and have trash in the pool -Main gate always break down What once used to be a luxury apartment now feels like those low budget apartments. If that's the case, I might as well go with those low budget ones, then at least I know have these expectations nor paying the hight rent anymore. To anyone thinking about or interested in moving into this complex, I'll save you the trouble: DO NOT MOVE HERE! Management is completely useless, with the exception of Riky, who at least makes an effort to help. The people who call themselves "leasing agents" are little to no help once an actual issue comes up. I've sent numerous emails regarding ongoing noise disturbances, and nothing has been properly addressed. When I do get a response, I'm usually just asked whether I contacted security, as if that resolves the problem. Security is just as useless. They advertise their phone line as being available 24/7 through text and calls, yet most of the time calls go straight to voicemail and messages are ignored. What is the point of having '24/7 security' if residents can't even reach them when they need assistance? As for the noise, the walls are ridiculously thin. You can hear practically every footstep from the unit above, and even earplugs and white noise haven't helped. Whenever the upstairs neighbors run their washer, my walls literally rattle. My refrigerator also constantly makes a rattling noise, which only adds to it. The water is also extremely hard, so be prepared for mineral buildup and all the problems that come with that. Packages in the mail room is scattered everywhere all over the floor. Sometimes I have to play hopscotch and find my way through. And the biggest joke is the property management. I wouldn't be surprised if they respond to this review with another copy and paste message that has absolutely nothing to do with what I said. Judging by their other responses, it doesn't even seem like they read the reviews before giving a generic response. Lastly I pay an absurd amount to a place that doesn't even feel like home. I'd tell them all to do better, but that would require them to actually care and be competent. Hopefully new ownerships comes in to replace the team. read more

Hello, This is Unit It has only been one month since we moved in, and we're already experiencing multiple serious issues. This morning, I found a roach in a pan, and I've already shared clear photos with you. However, it seems they were not reviewed with proper attention or concern. I also found roach eggs and droppings inside the cabinets and the dishwasher, and provided photos of those as well. When I reported it, I was simply told that pest control only comes on Mondays, and that I would need to wait. I'm aware that by law, pest infestations require immediate action, not delayed scheduling. In addition, the refrigerator has already required three service visits--and it's still not functioning properly. All of my frozen food has spoiled as a result. At this point, the fridge needs to be replaced. Lastly, the dishwasher, which I had never used until now, was filled with debris. After finally trying it today, it started leaking. This is completely unacceptable for a newly constructed apartment. Unless these issues are resolved promptly--with replacements where necessary--I will be posting detailed reviews on Yelp and google. This was the email I wrote after i went to the leasing office where she did not even care to look at the pictures and decided to take no actions of what was happening and said " take actions first because the apartment is new. I know where they usually are" when i put in work order and the handy guy came in and told me to sign up at the leasing office for pest control that only comes on Mondays which was 12ish noon. . I sent this email 4pm because no action was made , and they did not even bother to read the email when clearly everyone was in office and the closing time was 6.. And i got an email about saying that it will be resolved on monday at 3:50. Literally tells me that the office clearly ignored the email. read more

Riky is great. Other than that, everyone is just doing the bare minimum and don't really care about you and you really feel it. Since I moved into the courtyard apt I have realized what a shitty place this is. Save your hard earned money and go elsewhere. I asked for a closer parking space for my 70 year old mother and disabled father bc we live on level 3 and her parking space is level 2 still technically, (the furthest space you can possibly getfrom our unit) and Alyssa said my mother would have to take a day off work and get a doctor's note in order to change the spot - she also said there are no more spots, even though level 3 has the most units that are vacant in the whole building. Before I transfered to this unit with 2 more new members to the building, Riky was the only one who offered to help show me available units so we can make our decision. Everyone else could not be bothered to do their job. I have had my packages stolen and ripped apart more than 5 times here. Residents do not respect quiet hours. Its is regularly (every weekend) very loud in the courtyard and they do not care how they are affecting others. The security line goes straight to voicemail, and nobody returns your call. You do not feel like anyone is actually there to support in case something goes wrong. Yes the walls are paper thin and you can hear your neighbors, esp in the bedroom area where you need quiet the most. And you can hear people walking above you very clearly as well. read more

The reason for their rating is due to the 5 stars written by people that just toured or for maintenance. So many of the early residents are not renewing their lease so that tells you a lot! So glad my lease is over and I was finally able to move out of this place. Even during my move-out, they made things difficult for my movers. I requested a walk-through for my move-out and it never happened even when I rescheduled it to meet their schedule. They also withheld over $900 from my deposit without providing an itemized list. During my lease signing, I was transparent from the beginning about having a pet, and the required pet deposit was paid upfront. Despite this, and despite signing the lease multiple times, management failed to include the monthly pet fee in the lease. After everything was finalized and nine months of living here, I was contacted and told that the pet deposit had been allocated incorrectly on their end and that I needed to provide an additional $500 deposit. This was frustrating and unfair, as the errors were not mine. In addition to management issues, noise and safety have been ongoing concerns. I can hear my neighbors arguing loudly about every two weeks at around 1AM. Security is a joke and works on a voicemail basis. It got so bad that I had to call the police because the girl was threatening to jump off the balcony. All management said was that I should have called security to address it. Residents pay $200 a month for EV charging, yet when they were down for over a week, no reimbursement was given. Assigned parking is also inconveniently located, often as far away as possible. You also can't opt out of the $25 trash valet fee, even if your apartment is right next to the trash room. This charge wasn't included in the original lease and was later added via email, stating that we would be billed not only moving forward but also retroactively for the previous months they hadn't charged us. The front gate is constantly breaking down. The elevator key fob is always broken. People will invite their whole family over to use the amenities. Fire alarm constantly going off. Water is hard and leaves white residue. read more

On December 25, 2025, our apartment (Unit 121) experienced a flooding incident that rendered the unit uninhabitable. Drywall was removed, flooring was affected, and industrial fans and dehumidifiers were installed throughout the unit. Despite this, onsite management initially questioned what we had done rather than focusing on our safety or displacement. We were told hotel accommodations would be reimbursed up to $200 per day. At one point, management suggested we could sleep in the unit as long as the fans and dehumidifiers were left running, despite excessive noise, exposed walls, and unsafe conditions. Communication about the cause of the flooding was unclear and often felt accusatory, even while an investigation was ongoing. Our belongings were repeatedly handled by multiple vendors. Items were bagged while wet and placed in bathrooms, tubs, hallways, and on beds, resulting in further damage beyond the initial flooding. We ultimately relocated all belongings out of pocket. Nearly a week later, management offered a temporary unit but required us to pay for movers to move twice (into the temporary unit and back). Alternatively, we were offered the option to permanently move to a different unit at a higher rent under a new lease. Despite being displaced since December 25, we were charged January rent. Management later proposed lease termination and reimbursements, including hotel costs and a relocation allowance, contingent on signing a release and vacating the unit. During this process, the tenant portal initially showed a credit balance owed to us. After we raised questions about our $3,290 security deposit and a $2,540 move-in promotional credit, the ledger and portal were altered to show a balance due. Management later stated this was a correction of an internal accounting error. This contradicted prior assurances from onsite management that no accounting errors existed. We also noted missing referral credits for residents we referred during our tenancy. Additional charges appeared on the ledger after our deposit inquiry, which we dispute. We requested transparency and correction. Management has stated reimbursements cannot be processed until a release is signed and the unit is vacated. Our belongings have already been fully removed. We are still awaiting reimbursement for: * Security deposit * January rent * December 25-31 rent * Hotel expenses * Relocation/moving costs * Electricity used for remediation equipment while we were displaced We were also asked to complete a W-9, despite the payments being refunds and reimbursements, not income. As of now, the matter remains unresolved. We are working with senior management to recover funds owed and conclude the situation. read more

BIG BIG BIGGGGGGGGG shoutout to Hector from maintenance, he really came through for me this week!!! I first put in a request about my fridge because the ice maker stopped working. The initial check made it seem like it might be a freezer issue, so they scheduled the manufacturer to come the following week. At first I thought that was fine, but then I realized it was a much bigger problem. My freezer wasn't freezing anything and the fridge wasn't keeping food cold. Of course this happened right after I had gone grocery shopping. I put in another request and honestly thought it might just get lumped in with the upcoming appointment. Instead, Hector saw it and showed up during his lunch break to help me out. He asked me to clear my freezer so he could check the vents, and sure enough there was a huge ice buildup blocking EVERYTHING. He spent almost two hours melting all the ice and once it was cleared, everything started working again. The freezer was freezing, the fridge was cooling, and even the ice maker came back to life. It turns out the freezer door may have been left open a little bit which caused the issue, but Hector still went above and beyond to get it resolved. He was patient, knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely cared about helping. I am super grateful and very impressed with the effort he put in. Thanks Hector, you're a real one! read more

Went to take a tour and had such a great experience. Got to meet with Gor with just a walk-in and i absolutely love his directness and transparency. If you're too soft or entitled, i would say, have an open mind when you go in because there was not a single information missing or hidden. Mind you, i had questions after questions and whether i liked the answer or not, they were answered with genuine truth so i could plan without having to wonder or guess. This place is brand spanking new and you can even smell the new-ness~ i grew up in this area so im very use to it, but you have to remember, this is Stanton.. make sure to do your own homework before going anywhere (glad i did mine) One of my picks to move in ASAP and honestly, as much as the rooms matter, the person in the front matters a whole lot too. And if i was to move in with Gor and Alyssa in the leasing office, i would feel very comfortable trusting them. Worth a look, definitely stop by! read more

We had a truly disappointing and frustrating experience with this apartment complex. June 14 around 3 PM, we called the number listed on their official website to schedule a tour for the following morning at 10 AM. We spoke with someone who confirmed the time and even discussed leasing promotions, including the "8 weeks free" offer if the lease starts within 30 days. It was a detailed conversation -- we were clearly speaking with someone from this complex. On the morning of June 15th we drove 30 minutes with our toddler and arrived on time. We were met by the manager, Rickie, who greeted us coldly, asked our names, and then left without any explanation. We waited for 40 minutes. Eventually, another staff member came out and told us there was "no record" of our appointment and even claimed we had called the wrong number -- which is simply not true. The number we called is clearly listed on their website, and the automated phone greeting states the name of the complex. There is no doubt we spoke to someone from their team. What made this even more upsetting was that Rickie remained at his desk the entire time, doing absolutely nothing to help .Even after it was clear there was a problem, he didn't apologize, check in with us, or offer any solution. And another manager told us that she didn't have time for us. They could've taken a few minutes to show us around or at least acknowledged the situation -- but they chose to ignore it entirely. It felt like they just didn't care. We were a young family who came in good faith, made the effort to be there on time, and were treated with total indifference and disrespect. Whether it was miscommunication or dishonesty, the way this staff handled it was unacceptable. We will not be coming back, and we definitely won't recommend this place to anyone -- especially families. TLDR: Overpriced for what it is and terrible construction leads to disappointment. If I could end my lease early at no cost, I would do it. Been a tenant from the beginning and I've seen all the changes from the garage gates being installed to pest problems to jarring cloud mural to increased occupancy and all the issues that come with it. Been renting my whole life and I've never had this many issues at a location. And this is the most expensive place I've ever rented! Pros: - Maintenance team are nice, quick, and responsive. A+ here. - Unit has a lot of storage inside it with shelving and cabinets. Cons: - Parking is super annoying. At first it's not so bad but after living here for a while, driving up the garage multiple floors only to walk like an extra block to get to your apartment, I think it would bother most. It's not like one or the other, you have to both drive an annoying amount, then walk an annoying amount. The entrance in is also only one way, thank god the U-turn is generally easy on Beach. - Washer / Dryer issues - control board + breaker issues causing it to break down multiple times. Brand new apartments where the appliances consistently break down is unfortunate. - Water Quality very hard, leaves white residue and flakes in shower and sink. - Water temperature fluctuates every shower, from hot to cold to warm to hot. Very inconsistent in the same 10 min shower. I used to enjoy showers so much! Not here. - Apartment finishings break apart. Doorstop snaps off, water sprinkler covering falls from the ceiling. - Specific to my unit, layout has poor space utilization. - Soundproofing. During summer months and holidays, I think the mobile homes next door light fireworks? If you live facing inside the courtyard, that sound, along with all other sounds, echo like crazy and it is loud even with all windows closed and locked tight. - Occupancy here has led to some other issues like late night fire alarms evacuating the whole building, dog poop, shared amenities getting worse, and the overall cleanliness looking worse and worse. That kind of happens everywhere though. Sad to still see it happen in places that cost so much. read more

Was apartment hunting in Orange County and am extremely grateful I came across Cloud House. Location is incredible and everything you need shopping wise is no further than 10 mins in any direction. Granted the build is brand new, the property is very well maintained and gated entry is always a plus. The unit was exactly what I was looking for. Studios with a separate sleeping space are a rare find, so I was stoked to find one along with a washer/dryer in unit, a annexed area that fit my desk perfectly to work from home, and elegant finishes. Last, the amenities are right there with any other GreyStar property in the OC. The pool area, deck lounge, and common area with the golf sim are easily accessible and super upscale. For the gym, this rivals that of a boutique studio. Free weights, cables, cardio, they've got everything. Special shoutout to Mike for assisting me with the entire process. From my initial tour around the property to answering all of my questions over email. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for an epic spot in the OC. read more

this is the WORST apartment complex ever! do not live here 1- HORRIBLE management people that call themselves "leasing agents" they sit on their ass all day and don't do shit. you tell them something is wrong and they don't fix it. or they fix it half assed and it breaks the next week. 2- they lie to you when your doing your tours "we have optional trash service" LIE YOU DON'T it's mandatory Ricky is the worst he's the one that really just lied to get everyone in here to get his stupid full capacity fee they also had 3 guest charging spots now those are gone 3- parking has been an issue for months and they have done very little. there is no parking for guest and no extra spots to buy as a resident. they ran out of parking for residents so you have to park in guest but no you can't because they'll tow you. so make that make sense. "yea we don't have any spots for you to buy but you can park in guest but you'll probably get towed so i don't know what to do" that's from Ricky 4- NOTHING EVER WORKS! it's all always broken like fuck spend some money and fix it stop being so cheap. moral of the story. i hate this place and so many other residents also hate this place. My partner and I have been searching for our first place to move in together, and we have a long list of criteria's to check off. We originally toured VRV the sister property to Cloud House and we loved the amenities and the corner unit but the pricing was out of our budget, but the leasing agent over their told us to check out Cloud House because they have similar floor plans and a 2 month credit promotion. Upon entering we did think that VRV's aesthetic did fit ours more, but that's a very minor issue. We met with Csongor for our tour and told him what we were looking for and what floor plan we wanted to check out. Csongor got to business right away and showed us all the amenities and answered my many questions regarding parking, visitors, noise, and so on. Walking through the floor plan we requested we did notice slight changes in comparison to the VRV ones and we were a little iffy about it, but ultimately felt like they were pretty small and can make it work. It felt like Csongor picked up on this and offered to show us another floor plan that is a little pricier, but may fit our needs more. He was right! The one we got has space for a work from home set up and large living room space for guests and an island in the kitchen as well. We both fell in love immediately and Csongor helped get the move in process started that day. We moved in and mostly settled in now and I just wanted to write this review to thank Csongor and the leasing team for being so helpful and communicative throughout the whole process. read more
