In the past, I've struggled with maid who will clean things and not put anything back. They kind of just leave decor, plants, bathroom accessories wherever they feel like it. They just clean and move stuff. However, this service was amazing because not only did she put everything right back where she found it before she cleaned. But she also went out of her way to lightly decorate in areas that she saw needed it. Nothing crazy, but she just made my couch look cuter with organizing the blankets and pillow, things like that. I would preface your important items before they come and they'll address it. They usually bring 2-3 ladies and come on time. I've noted to wear booties and they do maybe 90% of the time. If they leave the house to grab something from the car they wear it out which defeats the purpose but overall no complaints. House smells clean and they're very thorough. They provide their own cleaning supplies. The vacuum is immaculate as I have a German shepherd that sheds ALOT and it's hard to grab all of it even with my Dyson vacuum on my rug and they get all of it and throw away all the trash as well. Baseboards, vents, and walls look very clean which often is overlooked by other cleaners. They even clean under the spouts of the faucet! I would say they clean for about 2-3 hours but feels pretty quick. I do have to note that I had a broken glass while they were cleaning my bar cart but the cleaning lady as soon as they broke it contacted the admin who contacted me about next steps. They reimbursed me the amount of the glass. I've recently had an injury and can no longer do deep Cleanings on my home as I can be VERY picky and I'm pretty meticulous with my cleaning so from the other cleaners I've tried I'll stick with this one. This is a little pricey but until I find another cleaner that can do the same work and is dependable plus these guys are licensed and insured it's worth the value for me.

I provided detailed information and even had a quote. I then inquired about the cost for monthly cleaning. At this time I had a response apologizing that our area is NOT in the area the service? I would say this is false advertising if they show a circle of the area they service and it's right in the middle then turn around and say it's not? But it's their loss. We had a different company come to the home we moved out of and they were awesome and they do not service the area we moved to but we had such a great connection and will use them twice a month at a great deal. Pablo was incredibly accommodating and adjusted his schedule to come on Friday afternoon just to help us. That alone meant a lot to us. He arrived around 3 PM and worked late into the evening to make sure everything was absolutely spotless. I was truly impressed by his dedication and attention to detail. Our house about 3700sq 4 bed and 4.5 bath, it has many windows, and every single one looked brand new when he finished. What impressed me even more was how thoroughly he cleaned our home even though we have two dogs and three cats. I have never seen a cleaning service remove every trace of pets so completely! Thanks to the beautiful cleaning, we were fortunate to receive a great offer on our house this week. When we move, we will definitely hire Pablo and his team again for regular cleaning.
