On day 2, the three man team finished capping the posts and completed the minor work and clean up. I was happy that they were able to come 2 weeks early. The job was finished in 2 days. Comparable (slightly lower) costs that 2 other companies that gave me quotes. AG was able to answer the questions that I had after day 1. Very minor complaint- I did not get a clear answer on whether STF would call to have utilities marked before starting. After asking twice and not getting an answer, I called to have utilities marked. It only took 5 minutes, but other companies that gave me quotes said that they would call. Happy with job.

Most never replied back and the 2 we asked for a quote had a really wide range in the quote. We hired the one with the better price.....Tree Solutions of Texas. They came out and did the whole job in under 4 hours. That was amazing! Tree down, all others trimmed and all the tree debris gone. The aerial acrobat of the three climbed everything with a safety harness, lineman's spikes and a few ropes. The two guys on the ground did a great job manning the ropes that kept everything away from the tree guy and safely on the ground. The other arborist said it would take 5 to 6 days and a lot more money. Glad we found Tree Solutions and won't hesitate to call them again.

But the guy in charge was very rude, they drug large limbs, breaking trim on my house, damaging air-conditioning units, and a very large limb fell on the house. (no damage, but should not have happened). Left saw dust on the roof, left very large holes in the yard from 20" diameter logs falling on the ground. Drove a forklift all over the yard, leaving large ruts. They left plastic water bottles all over the place, and spilled oil on my concrete patio. They removed decorative stones, but did not put back in place, and broke several steppingstones. Moved furniture, but did not put it back. One of the guys went into my tool shed without permission, then left the light on. Oh I could go on, but I do hope you get the picture I am trying to create. I tried to tell them of the things going wrong, but the language barrier...on their part, was so bad, we could not communicate. The guy on the job who was the superintendent could not understand me, and if I mentioned something which was not going correctly, he would get mad, but nothing was done about the problem. They sent a guy out to help me, and he was very nice and told me they would take care of things. Well, they did clean up a little, but left all of the damaged trim and other damaged items, unresolved. This guy did go to bat for me, but wanted to charge me for the things. I want a refund. As I had said, I went with this company, because I thought I would get a much more professional job than the less expensive ones. So, I will never support or use this sorry of an excuse of a company again! Just beware. I want a refund!
