As soon as you walk in you can smell the very strong stench of urine and there a very common complaints that dogs get sent home with kennel cough or stinking like pee. I believe it may be due to poor ventilation. they also just have the dogs going potty inside everywhere instead of being taken outside. I saw multiple dogs peeing in the building. We did not follow through with our boarding booking. I would not recommend booking here for sanitization and health concerns for your pups. I highly recommend that you visit the location and see if it is up to your standards before bookings. I was able to find a last minute boarding service with S&B Kountry Kennel. This location had proper clean kennels and huge yards for the dogs to be let out to play. They are also staffed with great trainers.

This was her first visit and my dog and only had one groomer since I'd had her she was a rescue and somewhat apprehensive of people. Nikki took the time to get down on her level and talk to her and surprisingly foxy let her pitter and went back into the grooming area with her. We just went for our second visit and foxy's pet cute little bows in her hair and doesn't seem to mind going there for her bath and grooming.
