Immediately got scheduled first thing in the morning (no consultation fee!) and he was honest about the difference in pricing estimates if it wasn't a quick fix. Once he took a look at our door, Steve suggested taking the lock back to his workshop to see if they could fix it in house. He came back a couple hours later with his team member Allen and when they placed everything back in the door, the lock worked! They apparently had to rewire some springs and fix a couple broken things inside the lock. Grateful they were able to save us time and money so we didn't have to purchase new parts! Overall his pricing was reasonable and both were very friendly and knowledgable. Highly recommend especially if you have an older lock!
