It seems to be run by a husband and wife team, and they were both so kind and welcoming. He explained I didn't need to replace the lock and he could make a key by doing an impression of the lock. I came in around 3pm, so he had it ready the next day. The price was very reasonable (much cheaper than the first place), and the service was excellent. When I first moved in, my door had an old, outdated lock and knob that never worked properly. I later had someone replace it with a new lock pad, but that one wasn't functioning correctly either. At that point, I reached out to Gary, and I'm so glad I did.
