I was apprehensive about doing the surgery so I did many hours of research and had consultations with other highly reputable surgeons. But I found that none of them came close to Dr. Devgan in terms in knowledge and experience. After all, he is The Cataract Coach and has performed over 40,000 surgeries, including many for other ophthalmologists. Plus he spent a great deal of time during my consultation reviewing my images taken in his office, discussing lens options, explaining the surgery process, and patiently answering my many questions. Dr. Devgan loves what he does and his passion is evident when you meet with him. Additionally, everyone on his staff is very pleasant and professional. I even mentioned that to the guy that was helping me. I've never had that experience before. When I booked the appointment they didn't tell me that the dilation would last 3 to 5 hours and I would have really liked to have known that and would have made arrangements for drop off and pick up since driving home in traffic with the sun in my eyes was a challenge. At the end I got Dr. Besser and I really like him. Good doctor that showed me the pics of my eyes and answered my questions so for him, I will recommend.
