Well, I didn't know what to expect 49 years later, and everyone was so organized, meticulously coordinating each stage of the procedure. Dr. Bingham and Anna talked me through each step of the process so that I knew exactly what to expect, calmed my anxiousness and reminded me to breath. Over the course of 2 years i have:…read moreHad my appointments mixed up by this office multiple times Been up charged and told I needed unnecessary work done on more than one occasion Had partial cleaning done and the hygienist "ran out of time" so just stopped in the middle. Had a tooth prepped for a crown that was ground down so far that it is impossible to chew on that tooth due to pain and sensitivity Tried multiple times to get a simple form signed for a release for aligners and was told to come back multiple times because the dentist couldn't seem to get her act together to check more than one box on the form. This was after a full cleaning and checkup less than 3 months before AND being put back in the chair after she got the form for another checkup at which point I was told all was ok. BUT apparently she still is holding me hostage so my insurance company can be billed for another unnecessary checkup a week later because she refuses to sign the form. In short this is a very unprofessional unorganized and unscrupulous dental practice. I strongly suggest going elsewhere and save yourself money, time ,pain and aggravation.

I saw that they offered iv sedation and was immediately interested. I've tried gas and pills before and the gas only gave me more anxiety and I hated the way it made me feel. The pill I was given honestly I didn't feel have any effect on me still panicking about the whole thing. So I decided to schedule a consultation. I walked in and was immediately greeted, and called back for my scan and treatment plan exam. I'm terrible with names but I believe her name was Julie she was so amazing, she made me feel so comfortable and comforted. I immediately felt safe, and at ease even though inside I was feeling overwhelmed. Dr Gasser popped in to say hi to me and said he would be with me shortly. Prior to this visit he also called me on the phone to get a better explanation of what my dental past has been. Which I found pleasantly surprised. He did his exam on me, came up with a plan and I left feeling almost looking forward to having my procedure done. Which I can say is never something I'd normally say. I felt welcomed, and I feel that they will take care of me and my needs. And it was just the consultation, I've never left a dental place feeling that way. Thought I just got something stuck in my cap. Nope I had a fracture in the root. So har to have my tooth pulled. This was part of a bridge so she had to cut the bridge and pull the molar. I put some headphones on and she was very gentle ( yeah I know still getting a tooth pulled) with it but before I knew it we were done.
