We are an elderly couple and we own two older Mac desktop computers. These computers contain many documents, photographs, videos, and music that we had been unable to access for years. Daniel came to our home and explained how he might be able to transfer all of our material to a new external hard drive. So as not to give us false hope, he told us that sometimes older files are unable to transfer to newer devices because of incompatible formats but that he thought there was a good chance he would be successful. Daniel found a way to recapture the words, photos and music that are so precious to us. He also taught us how to access the material to print out/view/and listen to on our new computer. We are so delighted to see old photographs again, listen to favorite music from the 1950s through the 1970s, and hear the voices of our parents who we recorded many years ago. Each time he has properly diagnosed the issue and made the repair in record time- same day and even within the hour when possible. I know people often talk about great pricing in general terms, but his prices are incredibly reasonable and he takes great care of his customers. Take for example the most recent time when my computer would not turn on after the recent winds and storms that hit the Bay Area. He diagnosed that the plug had lost its charge and the battery had died as well. He charged me only half an hour to diagnose and fix this and said if I choose to replace the battery he would charge the other half an hour for the fix. After about 10 days of testing to make sure my computer is still working well enough to make that a worthwhile investment, I reached out to him and he honored that agreement and made the second fix within an hour. My Macbook Pro was not turning on at all, despite having properly shutting it down.I tried some easy troubleshooting steps but nothing was working. I had to replace the screen on my 17 inch Toshiba and called nerd Crossing they told me it would be $132 just to check it plus the cost of the screen I ordered a Toshiba replacement LED screen on eBay for $74 and brought it to Daniel he replaced it for $40 and tuned it up while he was at it I then brought him a nonworking 14 in Toshiba and he reinstalled Windows 10 in it and tuned it up for $40 this guy is amazing he does really good work and doesn't rip you he is qualified to work on computers and cell phones he works out of his home and therefore the prices are way more reasonable than the big box stores give him a try the next time you need help he will make sure it's done right highly recommended read more
