From day one, he went through all steps needed with me, explained all procedures in details, listened carefully to my concerns, answerd all questions I have and recently did a cataract surgery that went very smoothly. He takes his time and treat his patient as the only case he has which we do not see that often among docs. I am beyond satisfied with everything. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT ever go to this office, the charges are exorbitant and the office manager, Sandy, and direct staff , Lisa , except for one front desk girl are incredibly rude, and extremely incompetent!!! They sent me a bill from an office visit from 2011!!! OVER FOUR YEARS ago $380 for him to simply look at my eye and nothing else only to say except I had make up in my eye. I don't recall ever receiving a bill , assuming insurance took care of it at the time. They were incredibly rude and would not work with me at all only giving the excuse that they have thousands of accounts that they can't possibly keep track of!!! And that they had a different billing service at the time and some accounts fell through the cracks! Seriously ??? That's not my fault. That's on them and their incompetent billing company and staff. I offered to pay $100 on a $180 bill after insurance paid I guess and not only did they refuse that , they wanted to charge me interest! They have lost a patient, and lost any referrals and created huge ill will for $80!!! INCREDIBLY STUPID AND INCOMPETENT!!! I would never employee people such as Sandy or Lisa in any business I would have. I paid the $180 because I simply don't need that sort of aggravation in my life. I have no worries that they will encounter only negativity in their lives as that is how they choose to treat people, more importantly, patients. I'm sure there are plenty of other great doctors out there who hopefully treat their patients better. If I could I would make this a six star recommendation I would. I am so happy I found Dr Kline. He is the best... I went to see him about my failing eyesight. I was no longer able to get a contact lens that was strong enough, that would allow me to read.. I was so frustrated! My first visit with him was so informative. After testing my eyes he told me I had cataracts. He explained everything about cataracts and how they do the procedure and what to expect. He told me that he could put in corrective lenses at the same time which would enable me to read close up and improve my eyesight substantially and would be 100% covered by my Medicare . He didn't try and upsell me to a more expensive lens and I really appreciated that. My whole experience with Dr Kline and all of his associates was amazing. Everything went smoothly as planned... Dr Kline's bedside manner and the personal interest he showed while going through this process was amazing and very much appreciated by me and my husband. The office is easy to find and appointment times can be challenging but he is a great Dr so I can see why. Went in for a chalazion and the Dr operated on it same day thank god I don't have to come back. His staff was friendly and warm and he took his time to explain and educate and provide feedback to help . He was quick and efficient and provided a stress free enviroment. As a physician, I know excellent medical care from mediocre. Dr. Kline demonstrates the best of all traits: He is excellent diagnostically and surgically and spends time with you, unlike many other physicians who seem to be dealing primarily with their computers. Dr. Kline is the best! He's kind, compassionate and caring, He did my first cataract surgery which was done flawlessly! It was my worst eye, as 30 years prior I had a detached retina from a car accident! All those years, my vision in that eye was like trying to see underwater. I found him and I'm never gonna let him go! He just did my cataract surgery in my other eye 6 days ago and my vision is magnificent! I'm thrilled with him, Sandy and the entire staff. My husband goes to him and my late father-in-law who was 89 years old, hard of hearing and non ambulatory...loved Dr. Kline because as he put it "he's good people". A piece of sand got lodged under my eye lid. The first doctor tried flushing my eye 7 times and couldn't get it out. Dr Kline's office got me an appt within 2 hours. Dr Kline and his staff are great. When I called to make an appointment, the receptionist was very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment I was immediately greeted in a friendly manner and after filling out some forms, only had to wait 10 minutes before being called back. Firstly I would like to point out that I am a medical professional and therefore my assessment of the Dr. Kline will differ from the typical patient. After several years of declining vision due to cataracts in both eyes, I finally decided to have surgery. To my total surprise the surgery which included laser assisted cataract removal and lense replacement went very well No pain or discomfort during the surgery, minimal discomfort after the surgery for about 2 weeks. When he performed my surgery, I had complete confidence is his abilities and the entire process could not have been easier. Completely pain free and a perfect outcome. I couldn't be happier as my vision is clearer and the "colors of the World" are now unbelievably bright and beautiful. At follow-up appointments he listens patiently and updates after care instructions to your individual needs. In addition to ALL OF HIS EXPERTISE, HE IS EXTREMELY PERSONABLE AND LIKABLE. While waiting to be called I witnessed him walk every patient up to check out. He is so at ease and really makes you feel comfortable. His office is also warm and inviting. If I were writing this review purely for Dr. Kline's ophthalmology service, the rating would be higher. I found Dr. Kline to be friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He even took the time to speak to me on the phone when I called a few days after my appointment with a concern. I would rate Dr. Kline 4 stars. However, this business also does vision exams and sells glasses and contacts. I saw Dr. Hoang for my vision exam. Actually for two vision exams. The first one went horribly and the lenses she prescribed for astigmatism (which I've never been told I had before) were all wrong. I couldn't see a thing. I returned for a second exam, which resulted in a prognosis of no astigmatism and hardly any change in my current prescription. I was very frustrated to have to take time off of work for two vision appointments, plus another appointment to pick up my glasses which were the wrong prescription anyway. And it didn't end there. After wearing the trial contacts for a week, I called the office to place my order for contacts and glasses. A week later, I still hadn't received my contacts in the mail, so I called the office. They forgot to order them. The glasses arrived a few days later, and when I went to pick them up (which required another appointment), we discovered they were again the wrong prescription. So they were sent back to the lab. My contacts finally arrived in the mail a week later, and were thankfully correct. But I was still without glasses. I was without glasses for about two weeks when I called the office again. My glasses had arrived a few days ago, but no one called to tell me. I needed to schedule ANOTHER appointment to pick them up (and this place is always running at least 15 minutes late from your scheduled appointment time). This time the prescription was correct, but I was not happy with how the glass looked. (The edge is unpolished and rough looking.) However, after 6 frustrating appointments with these people, I gave up and just took the glasses and left. Long story short, Dr. Kline is great, but the staff running the desk and vision center are extremely unorganized and incompetent. I will never buy glasses/contacts from these people again. In the end, I spent several hundred dollars and still am unhappy with the result. read more

His conclusion that I was rude and arrogant stems from the fact that I would NOT give him Identity Theft data such as my driver;s license number. I am an Identity Theft expert and know better. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Kline and his staff. Before my cataract surgery I was experiencing blurry vision at night. Driving or reading anything at a distance was very difficult. Dr. Kline put me at ease during our pre-operation consultations. He explained everything clearly and made sure I understood the pros and cons of all the options. The surgery went incredibly smoothly and now my vision is excellent at all times of the day. The staff was very nice as well and I really appreciate how they went the extra mile working with my insurance company to make sure I had the best of everything going into my surgery. Sweet guy, but his vision prescriptions and eyeglass techs are very inept. Don't waste your time. I would NOT recommend this practice to anyone. Had to go back for several revisons of my prescription, and they had to remake my eyeglasses too. Still unsuccessful. Too bad I referred my kid, who also left with a prescrip that was wrong. Needed a second opinion for my kid to get correction, and as for myself I wasted a lot of money and still can't see correctly. I have been seeing Dr. Kline since before he had his own practice. When he went out on his own, I elected to follow him, because he is knowledgable, kind, and takes time to explain everything. I have glaucoma, and see him 3 to 4 times a year to monitor my condition. A few years ago he performed laser iridotomy and I had no issues during recovery. Since I have been seeing him for this condition, I have also entrusted my vision care to him. Well worth the $75 fee, even though he is not on my vision plan. I've been very happy with my eyesight utilizing his prescriptions, which I've filled at his office, and at Costco, with no issues. I use progressive lenses, and have purchased everyday glasses and specialized computer glasses. His great attitude toward his patients is also exemplified in his staff. They have competently addressed and resolved issues with my insurance company. I highly recommend Dr. Kline and his staff. read more

I went to see Dr. Klein for the first time for my dry and red eyes. The front office staff were friendly and pleasant. When I called to schedule an appointment, I was told Dr. Klein was booked until August. However, they were kind enough to squeeze me in for an early morning appointment two days later. Monica, his assistant was nice but very business-like. Dr. Klein seemed very kind. He thoroughly examined my eyes and patiently explained my conditions and how to treat them. He also gave me some literature regarding my condition. He gave me plenty of samples, so I don't have to pay for any Rx. That was a bonus! I like doctors who treat patients with respect instead of rushing them through the visit like cattle! Too often I see medical professionals treating their practice as a way of making it rich instead of helping people. I am glad Dr. Klein seems genuine.
