As I continued to shop at the store, Eddie comes running down the aisle I was in to tell me he found the item I was looking for in a different location. He handed me the item. You don't see customer service like that very often these days! I was really impressed with his professionalism & diligence in helping me get the product I wanted. A manager approached me and asked, "Are you buying that bag?" in a tone that felt unnecessarily confrontational. What escalated the situation further was that after I requested corporate contact information from another associate, the same manager approached me again and continued the interaction in front of other customers, without attempting to de-escalate. Since then, I have made multiple efforts to address this matter directly. I contacted corporate, left a message, and was provided an email address which I confirmed multiple times--however, the email was incorrect and my message was not delivered. To date, I have not received any follow-up. I understand store policies, but professionalism and respectful communication--especially at the management level--are equally important. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

They made the funnel cake on site which was fun to watch and it tasted so fresh. It had bananas and strawberries that were super fresh tasting, some soy ice cream, powdered sugar, and chocolate sauce. The funnel cakes were not only delicious but beautiful to look at as well. The vendor was super sweet, generous, and went out of their way to make sure we were happy with our dessert. I love that this is an amazing vegan treat. They won "best in show" at the vegan street fair and it was definitely well deserved. Would love to have these funnel cakes at a party. They sure would be a hit!
