This place set my event back from being what I planned for. I asked Soledad to have the tables and…read morechairs set up at 10:45. They did not show up until 11:30. I called Soledad at 11 to ask her the status of the delivery and she wasn't aware they were late. She said she would call them. At 11:25 I call her back to let her know the delivery still hadn't arrived. She was surprised and said she would call the delivery guy. They finally get there and one of the table cloths is dirty with what appears to be grease spots. She did offer me a $5 discount from my remaining balance. The issue with them arriving late is that I didn't get to set up my dessert table on time before my guests arrived. I also didn't get to set up the other Decorative table. It was really disappointing because of the money I invested in my dessert table. I would not hire her again. I even called her a couple of days of my event to ensure I was still on the schedule and to confirm the time I needed them to arrive and they still dropped the ball. Lastly, I asked them to pick up at 4:30. They arrived at 4pm to pick up. The communication within the company was organized and made my experience challenging. I would not recommend them.

If I could leave zero stars, I absolutely would! The…read morecustomer service from this company has been extremely disappointing. The woman who answers the phone (owner)is unprofessional, dismissive, and, based on other reviews I've read, unfortunately this does not seem to be an isolated experience. I have emails documenting that I repeatedly asked for linens, and my request was acknowledged on the first email back in August. Then again I contact them to add to my order in September. when I was sent the final invoice. I questioned her where are the linens and she directly ignores the statement and answers the other question. I will be attaching those emails so there is no confusion about what was requested. When I finally addressed the issue over the phone, instead of acknowledging that my request had been overlooked, she tried to deflect by saying, "Well, I did everything else on your email." That is not how you provide good customer service. If something was missed, simply acknowledge it and take responsibility rather than twisting the conversation or making excuses. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I would never use this company again and absolutely would not recommend them to anyone. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, listened to, and have their requests taken seriously.
