The crepe itself is thin, tastes as such and when folded over, is dense. What makes this place different from others that I've been to is that the ingredients are layered between every fold, so you don't feel like you're eating just bread with a sparse amount of ingredients that feel more like decoration. I had the smoked salmon and berry cheesecake crepes; both I would wholly recommend. Just one crepe alone is filling; I took the sweet crepe home and it is just as good cold from being in the fridge as when it was served fresh. I also ordered the 12oz pistachio latte (yep, they serve coffee drinks!), but unfortunately, I would not recommend, only because I could not taste the pistachio in the latte at all. As for the eatery, it's quaintly nice and clean, yet a small space. They make the most of the seating though, as they have seating along the window facing the front of the building, two large tables and benches along the back wall that can seat 6-8 people comfortably, and at least 2 (might be more, but I saw only 2) small, round tables that can seat 2 per table further in the back. The customer service is very friendly and accommodating - I had my toddler in tow, and they were very patient with me while ordering and settling in at a table, and quickly provided me an extra plate. (There are no booster seats, FYI.) They even comped my drink when they saw how much I was dealing with when packing up to go, haha. (Thank you again to the staff!) I really hope this creperie sticks around, and I will be doing my part to help with that by visiting as much as possible and recommending to anyone who will listen.

I picked up the jalapeño, which wasn't too spicy (today at least), and I also got a small one of the lemon and dill to give it a try. My toddler loved the lemon and dill. Parking is street only. Delicious food, with fresh, local ingredients. Large open space with plenty of seating and cool AC. I don't have kids, but it's clearly family-friendly! There's a crafting table section for the littles, changing rooms, and even a small stool in the bathroom by the sink, which I thought was a nice touch for tiny humans. They stay open till 8, which is really important to me as someone who doesn't want to go to a bar, but doesn't want to stay home in the evenings. Most coffee shops close at 2 or 4, so having some extra hours to be out with friends for a casual hang is really special. I plan to meet with my book club here, too! I got to chat with one of the owners, Josh, who is so down-to-earth and kind. He and Lynn are really doing something significant here in Rogers Park by offering a third space for truly anything humans need to be humans and just connect. I can't wait to see how this place grows, and I will definitely be a regular here!

It's also across Wild Onion Market so a lot of vibes surrounding uplifting our community! The staff were wonderful, answered our questions, and really easy to talk to. Shoutout to them for the opening! The food was really good! We got their specialty Monarch Coffee as a 16 oz and for the cafe. It was really good with cinnamon notes and I got oat milk with it. My wife got the strawberry cloud matcha, in my opinion the matcha was good the strawberry part was not. But I just don't like strawberries haha. But my wife loved the drink and it looks really fun! I went to my eye Dr Lau less than 1 block north of Weston Coffee & Tap. While I was there I decided to take a walk & see what was in the area. That's when I spotted Weston's Coffee & decided to check it out. They had some good looking sandwich options in the window so I went in. Weston's is a cool little restaurant & tap. They sell a variety of sandwiches, wraps, salads, coffee, tea & beer & wine. Cool little store w/ a cool vibe w/lots of artwork on the walls. Best of all is the location right across the street from the Jefferson Park Transit Center. You can pick up a bus or the blue line train to ORD or downtown or the NW Metra train. Pop in grab a coffee & sandwich and go or stop in on the way home & have a craft beer or wine & relax before going home

Strong as it should be and satisfying. Well done, Weston's! I also had the Hot Honey English Muffin without bacon. (I'm a vegetarian.) This was okay...probably the bacon ups the flavor profile a lot and without it, even the hot honey wasn't all that present. You order at the counter and grab a seat at a table. Mugs are available for your hot drinks if you don't want to waste paper. There plenty of other standard coffee and espresso drinks to try including some signature latte flavors (Girl Scout Cookie! Spiced Maple & Sea Salt!) I'd definitely try if I was back in town. There are also a handful of vegetarian items in all of their food categories (sub sandwiches, pressed sandwiches, wraps and bagels, toasts and more.) So you won't go hungry here. They do close by 2pm or 3pm every day so if you do want to get your drinking in (beer and cocktails) plan on an early day.
