It's rare to encounter such lovely people who are also passionate about their job these days and I appreciate that so much. As for me, I won't go anywhere else for framing needs. Just fabulous!

I immediately started hearing it from the manager I wish I remembered her name. She immediately threatened me that she should call the cops on me and was generally unpleasant. I explained that this was the only day I could pick it up before Sunday and traveled a long way to get there. She eventually gave me the package after giving me a mouthful which took her not even a minute to get from the cabinet. I appreciate that she finally gave it to me but definitely don't appreciate the grief I received to get it. Nice goes a long way and she was far, very far from nice and a horrible ambassador for your company.

This particular Michaels was in disarray with carts full of product sitting in multiple aisles. I only saw one employee. Usually there are more and are available if you need assistance. The saddest part for me personally was the only available checkouts were self checkouts. Of course mine was the one that didn't work and No one was there to assist. This is unacceptable. This is not a reflection on all Michael's locations, for me it only applies to this one. They can do better especially in a busy college town.
