DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE BUSINESS!!!!!! truly a NIGHTMARE experience. i don't even know where to start. the owner is a rude and aggressive man who literally yelled at me and my nail tech had to step in between us cause i was nottttttt about to let this man charge me a full pedicure when the (very nice) woman who was doing my pedicure had no idea what she was doing bc she pumiced my foot with no lather/water/oil NOTHING!!!!! she also dipped her dirty tools into ny DIRTY foot water so i immediately told her i didn't want to continue. the nail salon owner pushes her out of the way and grabs my foot as if to do it himself but at this point im like actually upset. i didn't get the nails i wanted because their "best" tech who is very lovely indeed has little experience and is running around doing whatever the boss doesn't want to do. i was so upset that they charged me full price that i came back the next day and asked for a new design on my nails on the condition that i will not be paying for it since i was charged $127 ish for my nails and NON pedicure. the owner got in my face, YELLED at the employee, and tried to shove a fake cosmetology license in my face when i called out the lack of ethics and cleanliness in their facility. the owner got in my face to the point where we were yelling at each other, he was yelling at the nail tech, and she had to step in between us. he also took my nail techs tip that i gave her OUT OF HER HAND. i am disgusted by this establishment's work ethic and honestly, their prices. to get your nails CUT, nothing else, is $14. huh??????? that is asinine and actually fraud. anyways, i reported them to the state cosmo board. (also my nail beds are destroyed and im rlly sad bc ive been taking care of them so i could get gel x on my natural nails) read more

Don did my pedicure today. He did a great job cutting back my toenails to a nice, short length. I hate it when they don't really trim the toenails back enough. Only complaint is that they have the most ridiculous videos playing on the TV monitors. They never change that up so it's the same stupid videos playing over & over again. Went to get underarm wax 7/23/26, did not leave a tip. I realized after one of my underarms had been waxed, that she was reusing and re-dipping the same stick she had already previously used on my underarm into the whole melted wax bin. It is unsanitary and unsafe to re-dip already used wax sticks! She can transmit infection/STI/STD to clients. For example, if she preformed a Brazilian or intimate wax while re-dipping then moving on to the next client or myself. She was nice, but I will not be going back ever again due to this! Update in response to the owner: Apparently, sanitation is NOT taken seriously since the business owner is attempting to gaslight what I saw directly. Stating, "We are sorry if something you observed gave you a different IMPRESSION." It was not an impression, it is what happened. I did not state that she used a previously used wax stick, I said she used one and kept re-dipping that makes it just as bad. I'm sorry that your staff has you as a leader that looks to point fingers elsewhere instead of simply making a correction, enforcing sanitation standards, or auditing to confirm that sanitation standards are in compliance. Posting this as a PSA -I honestly don't get how this place has such high reviews. I brought my 10-year-old daughter here for a nice girl's day, and we both left feeling stressed and upset. The staff was so unwelcoming and kept aggressively pushing upcharges we didn't even want. I was there for a gel builder fill, and the tech was flying through it with the e-file. It kept getting painfully hot, and even though I kept saying "ow," he totally ignored me and just kept going. I honestly wanted to walk out halfway through, but I felt stuck since he'd already started. My daughter was visibly uncomfortable the whole time because of how "rushy" and cold everyone was. Seriously, save your money. Go somewhere that actually cares about safety and basic kindness. read more

Pricing transparency, paid for three "relax" pedicures which would have been $41 each, and ended up paying $158. During the pedicures, we were asked if we wanted calluses removed amongst other things, with no warning that these items would cost more. Requested my person to go easy during the massage part as he was putting full pressure right on my shin bone. Asked him three times not to do that, and he finally let up, and then proceeded to do the same thing on the other leg despite me saying the same thing again. Never going here again. read more

Going to give an honest review. I went in to get acrylics removed and a gel polish manicure. Everything was great. He soaked my nails off and did my gel manicure very fast and it looked great. Only down side is when he finished my nails, he and other lady started arguing in their native language and he ended up leaving. I waited around 10 minutes and he came back and rang me up. It seemed like she charged someone incorrectly but I'm not sure. Definitely ended on a bad note but everything before that was great. I will be back and hopefully won't experience awkward vibes like that. read more

Unprofessional and disappointing experience I brought my 10-year-old daughter to this salon, and the technician applied gel X extensions without asking for my consent. This service was not appropriate for a child, yet I was charged $76. The very next day, the nails began to fall off due to my daughter's small nail beds. When I called to explain the situation, the owner, Kevin, advised me to return so he could address the issue during my next appointment. However, when I arrived, Kevin spoke to the same technician (who had done my daughter's nails) in their language, and shortly after, she became upset, raised her voice, and refused to do my nails. It was uncomfortable and unprofessional. Another technician eventually did my nails, but the quality of the work was very poor. Overall, this experience was disappointing from start to finish -- both in professionalism and workmanship. I would not recommend this salon, particularly for children or anyone expecting quality customer service. Also, not to mention the last time we were there, there was an upset, guest sitting right behind me complaining about her pedicure polish, not being even. Also, this time another guest was complaining that same pedicure chair sitting right behind me. Save yourself some trouble and don't come here. read more
