Today things were good until almost the finish when two loud young women came in complaining about needing cash and most everything else. The tech had just put one coat of polish on my toes when he left to try to quiet the women down. I waited over 15 minutes, trying to be polite but he never returned to finish my service. Only when I grabbed my shoes did he return, trying to help me and try to charge me more than the service. My nails were not cleaned up and no top coat was applied. As a result, some of the polish is already chipping by the time I got home and there are red smudges on my feet. I might remind businesses that many of us live here all year. Usually like today, the noisy complaining ones are here for a few days and gone. The rude young woman patron kept saying "I'll never come here again " well neither will all. The difference was I came multiple times to her once.
