It's all good. The "baker" Chef Jacqueline, and the assistant are both professional and excited to talk about their bakery that uses sustainable ingredients whenever possible. Their breads, and treats, can be custom-ordered. Having tried a couple of their breads, sourdough and wheat, I will say both were delicious, denser than store breads, and a good alternative to store bread and a time saver if you're a do-it-yourself person. If gluten-free is your life, the bird bread, made with sprouted seeds is also really good. Gluten-free options on some of the treats is also do-able. You can order in advance, get breakfast treats by the dozen to go, or simply take your chances on what is already.

Most people there go to Laurel, Billings or Cody to purchase their monthly groceries and I'm not certain why that doesn't seem to matter to the owners that the prices drive them away. When I was there, I purchased deli foods to make sandwiches for a picnic lunch going up the Beartooth Pass. I didn't realize until after purchase a small jar of mayonnaise I paid nearly 8 dollars. When I was in Yellowstone and stopped at the small convenience market, which you expect to have high prices on anything - the exact jar was $3.50 I feel there needs to be some oversight to this market or a different clear fair way to manage - because the young people there cannot begin to start families and survive staples in the city that they love and call home.
