My body starts shaking within the first ten minutes of class and I always leave feeling accomplished. I try to go at least once a week and I have noticed a big improvement in my core strength and overall tone. The instructors are great and really help guide you through the moves. The only thing I would change is turning the music down a bit so it is easier to hear the instructor lol Overall, a great studio and a solid workout!!

I've become the strongest and leanest that I've ever been with what feels like minimal effort. It's "hard" at first but after two classes it becomes very "easy" on the body and helps build your mental strength which dominoes into other areas of life. I love that each set is slow paced but the sets themselves move very fast, a great cadence for people who get bored easily. I've worked out with Sean Perry (the owner), Christopher Push, and Dorian Nicholson. Sean is very attentive and kind and is great for total body and abs. Christopher will absolutely push you to your limits in the best way, you will leave his workouts feeling accomplished and brand new. Dorian is great for beginners and very informative and energetic! I also love the price point for this location. It's about $100 a month for 5 classes, which I attended weekly. So far, the most affordable in the area. I'd walk or jog there to and from Brickell, which is about a 3 miles or so and would get my 10k steps in for the day via the travel. There is also free parking in the back if you decide to drive. I would definitely recommend this place because of the cool staff and the cool small businesses they support inside (seamoss, fresh juices, jewelry, art etc). Overall 10/10

All the other girls in class as well as the instructor really help you feel much more comfortable and encourage you to keep trying. The instructor was great and showed every move dozens of times for all the beginners like myself. Great spot to learn and try something new!

They offer pole, aerial hoop, and aerial silks. The staff is all friendly and talented. During my practices I had the chance to see them work on their own personal routines and WOW! I would love to take their classes. For open (self-led) practice, you can use any of the apparatuses and they will help you take down the aerial hoops and put the poles on spin if you don't know how. I was working on a pole silks routine and had to rig my silk (they don't have pole silks) onto the pole myself. They won't give you a step ladder or anything because it's against their policy... and you know, safety. So be sure you know how to pole climb. I definitely had to learn that day lol. The only thing I don't understand is how close they do aerial hoop or aerial silk classes with the poles right there. I still have some passes left, so I'll definitely be back! And I may grab some class passes too :)

Let me give Orange Theory Design District a very well deserved update! One of their publicity…read morecampaigns is that people love it because of the data. As an engineer, I can vouch this is why OTF has been the only gym that has worked for me. It helped me keep a balance, weight and my annual checkup labs, as well as breaking my own personal records month-to-month. The data and analytics are an excellent way to help see my progress. But it is much more than that! Both the front desk staff and the coaches are great in motivating and keeping a good vibe going. They have a group chat where we can post our achievements and hype each other up, and also organize member socials at nearby restaurants. When I had my sports injury in November, they helped me stay hyped up and even recommended low intensity/ impact activities to do at home. Upon returning late December, the coaches helped with alternate exercises and now I'm thankfully back beating previous PR's. There are also fun / intense seasonal challenges like "HellWeek" in October and "All Out Mayhem" in May where the exercises amp up plus you get a cool tshirt after completing them. The workout soundtrack is great and includes a a mix of EDM, classic hip-hop, classic rock sometimes and of course "El Conejo Malo". :) The parking lot of it the building gives you a quick extra burn at the end of your workout, and there's that Miami, famous healthy food, café, a few doors down. If you still want to keep walking, midtown and it's attending stores and restaurants are a quick hop away as well.

The 4 of us who went together all regularly do Barry's and while it was a perfectly fine class, none of us felt like it was at all memorable. The instructor was alright but said some strange/awkward things on the mic and her music was not for us. It was all deep EDM without lyrics and I wanted something more motivating to push me through. Her cueing was OK but I saw a lot of bad form and there were no corrections on her end. Overall, I'd come back and check out a different instructor. My friend had warned me that she had read some ClassPass reviews that this instructor wasn't the best (and she goes to this location regularly). She told me she took Rick the next week and he was exceptional so definitely down to give it another shot.

The class was a mix between HIIT on the treadmills and floor work with weights (some legs but mostly arms and abs). Complete full body workout. I ordered one of the smoothies before the workout, and it is ready for you after the workout. I forget the name but it had a few berries and the energy mushrooms. I omitted the protein powder. it tasted good and was very filling. I can't say enough good things about this experience! i can't wait to return on class pass.
